Brilliant experience working with Peter and the team. Peter was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process making it as stress free as possible for us. Both the sale of my old property and purchase of my new property went through as well as I could have hoped.

After cancelling the first property I was going to purchase I really wanted a quick sale more than anything with this one. Peter managed to get everything through within two months which was just what I wanted. ( The other one had taken four months with a different solicitor ). All calls or texts were replied to promptly and everything seemed to be done smoothly. It definitely seemed less daunting second time around and the result has been successful ending with a house to call my own !

I recently purchased my first home and Peter from Capital Property Lawyers was my solicitor throughout the entire process. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough! As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions, some of which I'm sure were quite basic, but Peter answered every single one with patience and clarity. He was always reachable and his communication was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way.

Peter expertly talked me through all the legal jargon and processes, ensuring I understood everything I needed to know. He was incredibly efficient and dealt with the legal side of the house purchase with impressive speed.

Amazing work start to finish... this solicitor was the only solicitor that could of got the job done within a 30 day completion! Literally they went above and beyond and kept us in the loop throughout ensuring it was as stress free as it could be.

Being first time buyers we were absolutely clueless as to what we were doing and jumped in both feet first!
