Zero Stars if would let me! I ordered a part for my son. They didn't even ship by 1st arrival date given. My son found it elsewhere. I canceled the order. I have been waiting for a refund that they didn't even ship. I checked the status of this order twice and no refund yet. How they are still in business is amazing, scamming folks at it best here!

I ordered a 5.9 Cummins Common Rail, 8600.00. 5 months nothing. I packed my car and drove 1000 miles to their shop with 2 local sheriffs in tow. After a 20% "restocking fee", I was refunded 6880.00. 5 months of it's at the machine shop and backorder parts B.S. I believe Jaime is a liar and scam artist. I saw his list of "people" waiting for engines on his wall, must of been 30+. 30+ people ripped off and more every day. He should be put out of business.

Bought and paid for a Cummins 4bt. I was told 6 to 12 weeks for the order. After 12 weeks i was told that some parts were back ordered. Long story short after 18 months, no engine and no refund of the $6500 i paid. I have been asking for the refund for the last 16 months. Do NOT buy from them. Read all the reviews, more times then not,you will loose your money

Took 27 days to receive product. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped and they never responded. Now the agreed to refund the item if I pay return shipping. Return shipping is $115 which is half the cost of what I bought. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They owe our company over $15k in parts provided to them that they refuse to pay. Watch out… that’s a terrible way to run a business.

They could give me my refund for a 364 dollar part I never got but it's been 2years so guess the c&$ks#*$ers ain't giving me nothing

I’d give no stars if that were an option. This company is horrible. Idk how they stay in business like this. I ordered a part from them over 7 months ago. The part was wrong so I returned it. I still haven’t received my refund. If you’re lucky enough to get a response from them, they give you the run around. Do NOT buy from CPP Diesel

I would give a negative review. By far the worse company I’ve dealt with. Don’t get back to emails, can’t call them directly now, and can’t even message on Facebook. Ordered product over 4 months ago,they took money out of my account right away. Yet 2 months later said it’s on back order which is fine I understand.they said it would ship at the end of the month. Still no response and now over 4 months later no money back and no product. By far the worse company I’ve dealt with

I ordered a transmission back in September, was told it would ship within one week, the next morning received an email that it would closer to 12 weeks. I tried to cancel the order as this was my everyday vehicle and they would not let me cancel. It has now been nine months, I have paid for the transmission in full and still have no transmission. The same excuse is given each time I email, we are waiting on gears to be shipped to us. No money back offers, no discount, no nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THey are fraudulent with no desire to provide customer service to people who trusted in them. Daylan Curtis of Indiana

86410 We bought an item and it wasn’t the part we needed so we sent it back and requested a refund to our original payment The item was received 4/3/22 which is 60 business days and we have been requesting this refund since then. I understand everywhere is short staffed and things are taking a little bit longer but we were told 5-10 business days and we are well over that. Please value your customers and treat them right. Cpp is already keeping some of our money by charging a 20% restock fee so please return to us what is our just like we returned the product. Cpp just keeps giving us the run around and of course they aren’t taking calls and they don’t email back!!

(For one if you buy anything from these people don't wait more than six months before you report it to the credit card company .Because you can lose your money) I bought a $3,100 transmission 6 months ago and did not receive still have not received it can I get anybody on a phone or to reach me or to speak to me about my transmission all I do is get automated I don't get messages these people try to steal money from other people so do not mess with them please stay away from CPP diesel because they are a scam $3,100 bus took from me from these people and I have not seen a transmission and almost 6 months so if you're smart and you check some reviews before you buy from these people you won't cuz I wouldn't have bought nothing from him if I go to check the reviews but luckily I made sure that I told my credit card company about it in my bank do I put the brakes on it

Wish there was a negative star. Ordered a part and was told it was backoredered so I canceled the order. One month later no refund and no contact.

On 9/28 I ordered parts from them. On 10/11 I realized I had made a mistake and ordered the same parts from the manufacturer. I had them within 3 days. 3 and 4 days later the CPP 2 two separate boxes arrived. The timely shipped parts were already installed by then.
I sent a return request email and they replied (promptly this time) that there were several return conditions for my unopened boxes, including a 20% restocking fee for those unopened boxes.
After reading several reviews on this site I decided to keep the parts (I don't need) instead of returning them so they wouldn't have my money and the parts too.
Thank you for taking the time to do due diligence before giving them any money. You are smarter than I.

THIS IS INSAIN!! CPP is a scam. $3100.00 stolen by CPP. For months i have tried to get ahold of them about a transmission i ordered on 05/20 and paid for on 05/28 (money was sent via wire transfer, and have bank statements to prove it was sent and recieved) plus an email from cpp confirming the transfer came through to them on 06/01. Since the day the money left my account and went into their's its like they closed up shop and vanished. Today, i made several phone calls and an email with no luck, no answer, no reply. So my wife decided to leave a nasty review about our experience, and the M***** F****** REPLIED TO THE REVIEW SAYING WE NEVER PAID THEM!!! They will reply to a review but not phonecalls, texts, or emails??!! Beyond angry right now. And watch these fraudulant snakes reply to this review as well trying to save face..... Complete TRASH!
