My great experience with Surveystreak

My experience with Surveystreak has been nothing but positive. I have earned giftcards about every second day and i am learning so much about different things along the way. The payout rate is good and fair for the effort i put in. The customer service is great and also very prompt. Ive never been more pleased with an app. 💫💫💫💫💫

A great platform with amazing customer…

I contacted the support team due to a system issue I encountered at the very end of the survey progress links. The result? Amazing. My problem was solved within minutes. The support team was fantastic, positive, results-oriented, and provided an immediate solution.A great platform with amazing customer staff, a flawless business, thank you CPX family.

CPX Research shows respect for users when issues are reported

I recently had an issue with a survey where I spent several minutes answering questions but was eventually disqualified near the end of the process.
Situations like this can be frustrating because participants invest time and attention in the survey. However, after contacting CPX Research support, they reviewed my case and provided a goodwill bonus for my next completed survey.
I also want to mention that in a previous situation they even credited survey points directly to my account after a similar issue. That kind of response shows real respect for the time participants spend completing surveys.
No survey platform is perfect, and technical disqualifications can happen. What really matters is how the support team handles those situations. In my experience, CPX has shown that they are willing to listen and provide fair solutions when users report a problem.
I hope they continue offering this kind of support and compensation when participants encounter issues.

I got unbanned and payed. They are great.

Many surveys did not want students. I got some through and grinded my first pay out. I started with a third party site that payed abysmal and then cpx research directly giving you double the money or so saving the provision the third party app and showing all surveus avaible.
I was so happy. 5€ was doable in 2 hours and not over 4. Then I was banned before getting payed out and got a standard reply.

After over a month I answered to them that that I cannot turn off their emails as I can not delete my account. They said here new surveys while I was banned withou being banned. I was annoyed as to not getting the 5€ and not clearly being banned.

Then a redemption happened. After thos replies someone unlocked my account without saying anything. I could do surveys again. I remined that I did not get the 5€ yet. Theu said it is because I got chargebacks as my surveys were not good. I said that is okay, but asking were all 5€ chargebacks? At least leave some left ob my acc and not expecting full pay out after over a month. The support read and payed. I am amazed. It feels undeserved. I will keep doing the surveys that interest me containing anime well and appreciate it with 5 stars here and likes of the support. Thank you R and J, great support.

VERY Prompt Customer Support responses with equitable solutions

I currently do a few surveys a week and i can honestly say that the friendly customer service orientated staff at CPX Research are markedly superior to those of most other survey providers. Whilst i won't name "offenders" others encourage support tickets to be lodged and then totally ignore both the contents and, indeed, usually can't be bothered to even respond.
