Request for different coloured hats was picked up straight away. Very pleased with product that has now arrived.

No problems with the order process, confirmation e-mail and update received, order sent in good time, delivery time good given Royal Mail strikes. Crackers look fine, well packaged, all packaging seems recyclable, will need to wait to see if they perform!

Really delighted with these Christmas Crackers. This is the second year I have ordered these lovely handmade versions. The gifts inside are useful rather than the normal throwaway contents in shop bought crackers.
I will be ordering again next Christmas.

If I could give Cracker Emporium 6 stars I would! The level of customer service, from the owner, Andrew Hill, was such as I've never experienced before. I phoned and left a message to ask for assurances, my call was returned most speedily, assurances given, and absolutely adhered to, and all this done in the most friendly and cheerful manner. The Christmas Crackers are so beautiful, and the confidence I feel that they are totally ethical is wonderful. All my future Christmas crackers will be bought from Cracker Emporium - and I'll try a different variety each time. Looking forward to it already.

I bought several ‘ fill your own ‘ Christmas crackers.
They arrived promptly and were well packaged.
They were beautifully made and I could not fault the quality at all. Highly recommended.

Firstly, what a fabulous concept. Luxury eco friendly crackers at a very reasonable cost with the added bonus of being able to have as many or as few as you want.
I’m pretty fussy about Christmas crackers and these are fabulous. The pictures don’t do them justice. The customer service is also superb. Very friendly and communication is excellent. Cannot recommend the cracker emporium enough

The extra money for the items is well worth it great crackers very retro takes me back to my childhood
