Excellent personal service and delivery of product, which well designed.Only disappointment was the chocolates inside. Not given the full choice of those available and although they are nice, they are also very solid! Not the easiest to eat. Would certainly use them again.

Friendly service with prompt reply to emails. My crackers took a little longer to arrive than expected but that was down to an overwhelmed Royal Mail.

Received the crackers in a very well wrapped and beautifully present box. Each cracker has clear and correct printing and finished off with good quality bows. Will 100% buy from cracker emporium again

Brilliant - great personal service via email when I was ordering - I make a mistake and they checked with me immediately and sorted it out with no problems, including a refund.
