Very attentive
Very attentive. An issue finding one of our costumes but they contacted us straight away despite it being a weekend and really tried to find it. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait and they organised a refund but a few days later they located the costume and checked to see if we still needed it. Very happy with our other costume.
