ordered a old panasonic servo motor
took 10 days to arrive
but in excellent condition and well packed

I got a motor drive in a best package and fast shipping
took 5 days from Hong Kong
just need to extra customs duty

Ordered a lcd part.
shown 28 on stock , after a week asked for TT , said it wasnt on stock , but woud be on stock in 2 days.
4 days later got TT , part received in good condition , Brand New.

a week later than promised , but OK got the part for a good price

i like to give a -1 star but thats not possible, i placed a order twice there, first time i waited for 3 weeks, it kept saying processing, after 3 weeks i contacted them and got to hear OUT OF STOCK, i am sure at the time i ordered there were plenty in stock... a week or 2 later they showed 28 in stock, so i placed a new order, i waited for 3 weeks again, and checked frequently it kept saying processing and the stock stayed at 28, i contacted customer care and got to hear "OUT OF STOCK" that is 2 times in a row, and when i would not have contacted them myself i doubt i would ever have gotten e refund. AVOID CRADEAL AT ALL COST

Sold a faulty tv board. Took 2 months to arrive. Not 10 days as advertised. Board arrived damaged with a botch repair to try and repair broken tracks on the circuit. Very poor repair work. Board faulty. Refused refund stating that the board was working. Stay clear. Thieves!!

if there was zero star that would be it, waited a month for the supposed new power board, used piece of crap came worse shape then the original.advertised as new. stay away its a other scum Chinese scam

I bought a Power board for a tv thinking this was a UK based company. They say delivery of 2-4 days from DHL.
After 16 days the part arrived broken and obviously second hand. It was sent from China and it was covered in dust and wasn't presented well.
I sent pictures to them reporting the broken power board and they told me to fix it myself!
After asking for a refund several times they refused so I raised a claim with PayPal.
During the time I submitted the claim I received a bill from Customs for Duty and Tax which I wasn't expecting.
Avoid this company if you want to keep your money as I didn't get any refund from them or PayPal because they wanted me to resend the part back to China within 5 days.
An expensive lesson learnt.
Looking now at other site reviews I'm not the first one to be caught out by this company.
AVOID.

If i could i would place - or 0 stars ..
I place an order twice in both us and uk store and they cancel it due it was out of stock.
The thing is i ask them by message before place order and confirm the item its in stock and new in box.
After 4 days not ship told me to wait 2-3 days more to restock.. Then i Ask then again and they told me that inventory its not updated for years and things like that...they cancel ..
The 2nd time they told me to book a new one (supposed this was new) for extra almost 70 pounds..
Anyway the store its in China and customer support its not good.
Also hassle for refund AVOID THIS SHOP
