Fragrance oils unfortunately are not…

Fragrance oils unfortunately are not consistent in colour, for businesses this can make a large impact when using these oils in diffusers / perfumes / candles. I have also noticed slight change in fragrance strength in some of the fragrance oils iv purchased. Other than these faults everything else’s has been great… no delivery issues good customer services and good range of products

Placed an order and it didn’t go…

Placed an order and it didn’t go through but the money came out for it, emailed them and asked for a refund and sent proof I had paid and they answered saying I never ordered then ignored me
