Super Service. everthing went fine

Fast service, good quality, reasonable pricing. I will definitely use again for future projects.

The product arrived safely packed and they even sent me two more pieces which must had some minor faults instead of discarding them. The product itself was also great - it did not quite fit but that wasn‘t the manufacturer‘s fault but due to the dimensions of the model I had sent them. I carefully cut away a bit of material to make it fit and it was sturdy enough not to break in the process.

Super easy process. Have used Craftcloud multiple times and their communication is timely and the quality of items I receive are excellent. Will continue to purchase from them.

As usual, Craftcloud provided me with many options fitting my budget for my 3D printing project.
The manufacturer also did a great job with my order.

Difficult print and turned out great! Fast too.

There was a delivery exception. I paid the price in full, but had to pay an additional import duty fee for the package to arrive from China. It would be better if this were part of the original payment. If I happened to be unavailable to handle this exception, The package would have been returned resulting in additional complications.

Excellent quality, low price, super fast shipping

The material was good. But i think i ordered the wrong material i needed something a bit stiffer. The only issue is the SLS Nylon PA12 i choose is too flexible. It works and thats what it's i'm assuming designed to but i needed to choose a stiffer material.

I was not impressed with my print. The base of the 2x12x1 print was warped and now completely flat. I don't be using this service again.

Received the part late because the system did not account for the Chinese New Year.

Quality part, but took a long time, and the price was at the high end

The items I wanted made were highly complex and difficult to produce, my items came out perfectly, better than expected. For my first experience with craftcloud I am very pleased.

I have ordered parts to be printed several times from this provider in Slovakia. I know they are not geographically the closest or the absolute cheapest but they always do a good job and the prints are clean and well finished. The Craftcloud3D interface is easy to use and is nice to be able to follow the production process.

The 3d printed model was exactly like what I sent them. Along the process the had easy and fast way of communicating if something needed edit. Overall I recommend

Terrible quality. Couldn’t even use the parts.

Sent 3 parts off to be printed in stainless steel. None of them came back in any kind of useable shape. I know there are limits to metal 3d printing and clearly I picked the wrong Chinese company to do them. Parts were printed state side with 0 issues.

Slow to ship and the only customer service is AI that refers your issue, only to send repeated form emails. I do no recommend.
