I cannot recommend Sarah at Crafted Chic highly enough! From the moment I met her she was so friendly and knowledgeable. The fact she wears wigs herself makes such a difference , as she has genuine personal experience and really understands all the little things that come with wearing wigs. All the tips and helpful hints were really appreciated. I absolutely love my new hair and felt like I was in safe hands with Sarah and very comfortable throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. I am so grateful to find her and that m will be using her for all my hair needs going forward.

My partner and I are due to go on a trip but on short notice. I reached out to Sarah who turned up literally next day with a lovely selection of hair pieces, she talked my Jess through everything, and found her a wig she is super over the moon with!
Jess will now feel confident on our little trip (Jess has autoimmune issues)

My mum is 86 and had become very upset her thinning hair after illness and age. I contacted Sarah, who came out with a selection of wigs and was incredibly patient and kind. She answered all Mum’s questions and never rushed her, letting her try different colours and styles until she felt comfortable.

When Mum chose her wig, Sarah returned to style it and showed us how to look after it properly. The result is amazing — it looks completely natural, and Mum feels so much more confident.

If you’re struggling with hair loss and want someone knowledgeable, gentle, and respectful, I highly recommend Sarah. I wish I’d called her sooner. Mum’s new hair has made such a difference.

I currently wear a synthetic wig which i love, due to hair loss, thinning. Been doing my research as I was looking for a human hair wig. Well there's me scrolling and scrolling and there this lady was . Im so so greatful to have come across your wig business 💓 . From my first message to then vidoe calling and within a few mins of talking to sarah i choose my girl. Sophie.. with her help guidance and her knowledge about hair loss/wigs i automatically knew sarah was the lady to go too. The whole journey has been amazing. Sophie arrived to me this afternoon. I was taken back by the packaging absolutely outstanding. When I seen Sophie I was in aweee of her. Sarah you have been absolutely amazing with me from the start. I honestly can’t recommend Crafted Chic Hair enough!

From the moment I started looking for my wig, Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient and helpful and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Rather than just choosing something online and hoping for the best, Sarah actually brought lots of different colours, styles and designs to my home so I could try them properly and find the one that was perfect for me.

The wig itself is absolutely beautiful. The colour is gorgeous, the style is exactly what I wanted and the quality is amazing. The fibres are so soft and natural feeling, and the lace front is honestly incredible – once it’s on and styled, you can hardly see the lace at all. It looks so natural and I feel so much more confident wearing it.

One of the biggest things for me is getting a wig that actually fits. I have a small head and have always struggled with wigs being too big when buying online, but Sarah took the time to make sure the cap fitted me properly and was comfortable. That made such a difference!

Sarah even offers to cut the lace and style the wig for you exactly how you like it, which I think is such a lovely personal touch. She doesn’t rush you at all and genuinely wants you to be happy with your wig.

I’m honestly so glad I found Crafted Chic Hair. The quality, the choice and especially the care and kindness from Sarah have been amazing. I absolutely love my wig and would 100% recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a beautiful, good quality wig and a really personal service.

The wigs are beautifully made with a natural, refined finish, and the attention to detail really shows. Everything feels thoughtfully designed. Sarah is so personable and really talks you through the process making the process so calming and reassuring.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new wig from Crafted Chic Hair! It looks just like my natural hair before I decided to chop it all off, which has given me the best of both worlds. I can now switch between short or long hair depending on my mood, and I love having that flexibility again!
