I want to extend my gratitude to Crafted UX, particularly to Luke, for organizing such an insightful webinar on UX design strategy. The webinar was both informative and actionable, striking that rare balance of strategic thinking and on-the-ground usefulness.

Luke did a great job of distilling an enormous amount of content into concise, digestible segments — from problem space definition and core user problem alignment prior to solutioning, to the application of strategic research and AI techniques that inform significant, evidence-based design decisions. The way he distilled complex information into a simple, easy-to-understand, "take-action-now" format made the session very engaging.

We discussed how to create product and feature roadmaps that align business goals with user needs, how to design for product-market fit and scalability to maintain long-term success, and how to measure UX impact so that our design decisions are always data-informed and outcome-driven.

Aside from the webinar, Luke was also phenomenally useful in offering me concise, actionable feedback on my portfolio and CV. He helped me prioritize demonstrating impact, tailoring my work to different roles, and making everything more readable and engaging. His advice on how to present my design system work was spot-on, and I was left with actionable insights and a practical development plan.

This was a wonderful balance of strategic thinking, practical tools, and personal guidance — and I can tell it will inform my design practice for years to come. I would highly recommend this webinar and a conversation with Luke, to any serious UX practitioner looking to take their skills to the next level and sharpen their practice.

Highly engaging and practical UX Strategy training

The UX Crafted Design Strategy session was top-notch. Luke delivered a highly interactive workshop covering everything from problem space framing, research and AI tools, to RICE prioritisation, A/B testing and building product roadmaps.

I appreciated the hands on activities, contributing on camera and collaborating in Miro. The course balanced strategic thinking with practical frameworks, and I left with tools I can apply immediately.

If you want a UX session that’s more than just theory this is it.
