I am so happy with all my interactions with Craftelier. The orders are always sent quickly and packaged well. The team are helpful and pleasant on any contacts. And their prices are very good. They also have a huge selection of products.

I placed several orders over the past few years because prices are good. However items are often on back-order which makes it tricky to order everything at once, even items that they are advertising are often on back-order, in particular their own brand. And lastly, customer service is not service-oriented. My last order had 2 products not fitting because the descriptions were wrong, and instead of checking themselves, they pushed it on me to prove it was wrong (and I did not absolutely want a refund/return, just wanted them to at least fix their product descriptions).

I orderd my Vallejo paints on Friday evening and they arrived a week later; with a delicious love heart lolly included.
Spoke to a very helpful young lady on the phone called Andrea. Andrea is a credit to the company.
Will not hesitate to use again and recommend to my friends.

I am disappointed with my experience with Craftelier and feel compelled to share this for the benefit of other customers outside the EU. Craftelier advertises VAT exemption for non-EU orders, yet the final prices are identical to those for EU customers, where VAT is included. When I raised this discrepancy with Customer Service, their responses were vague and evasive, stating that VAT is removed but that prices vary depending on the country and website used. This explanation doesn’t align with the actual pricing experience, leaving me feeling misled.

Despite multiple attempts to seek clarity, the responses I received have been inconsistent and suggest a lack of a clear, transparent process for non-EU VAT deductions. For customers outside the EU, this lack of transparency can be frustrating and ultimately deceptive, making it difficult to make informed choices. Compared to other retailers who clearly outline VAT deductions, Craftelier’s approach falls short of honest and reliable service.

If you’re a non-EU customer considering Craftelier, I recommend looking into alternative retailers that prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the vague responses and ghosting from Craftelier have left me with a poor impression of their commitment to clear and respectful communication.

Still waiting on order from 30th September.. but when I do use craftelier their site is always brilliant and has everything you need. Highly recommend. I'm a bit inpatient but can't wait to use my things I've ordered.

The Craftelier team has always been amazing to work with. They have a great variety of products and their shipping is fast. The customer support team was there to assist the one time I had an issue with an order, and it got resolved immediately. I am a happy customer for sure!

The custormer service is amazing. It was my first time ordering from them and I will keep ordering in the future. I ordered some wrong things on my order which i wanted removed and then wanted to add new things. They fixed it so fast and helped me all the way. The really nice thing is their response time. There was quite a few mails going back and forth and they answered so fast and got it all done in no time. They have my highest rekommandationer.

I fell into the hands of this company when ordering some LYRA small tools which used to have a solid reputation. That was in the days when they were manufactured in Germany, but unfortunately they are now made in China with a complete loss of quality. When a complaint was made to Craftelier, their staff tried to suggest that the goods had sustained damage in the post, which is wholly untrue.

THEIR REPLY changes nothing - they do not even deny setting up a phoney complaint of damage in transit.

This is the first time i have used this company and its always concerning how your experience is going to be especially when buying overseas, however I've had a first class experience in correspondence , service and the quickness it arrived. Not something i usually do leave a review but this company deserve a mention, and if you feel unsure on placing an order, then dont be ,speaking on my experience im sure you will well pleased. I will certainly be buying more in the future. Well done to the whole team its a thumbs up from me.

I’m based in the Highlands of Scotland and have used Craftelier for some time. They have a huge range of products at very competitive prices. Their customer service, when required, is excellent. Delivery can be slow, due to distance, but that’s to be expected and it’s always worth the wait, arriving well packaged and in perfect condition. I always check out products on Craftelier.com before buying anywhere else and am rarely disappointed. Thanks.

Appalling customer service.

Placed an order which didn't arrive, and was returned to sender. They wanted me to pay an extra £12 to have the parcel sent again (even though origional postage was £5) Or if I wanted a refund I also had to pay the £12 'admin fee' very unhelpful. Had to get refunded through my credit card. Won't buy from this company again.

Had very bad expiernce with carftelier, they take money for product listed on the page and then they say the product are not in stock so delivery takes ages, I do not recommend them at all!!!

I made a large order and it arrived in England 7 days later. I asked the company a couple of questions before I ordered and they were quick to reply. The parcel was well wrapped. Will definitely use again the prices are very good.
