craftlabel.com Reviews

Excellent service, quick delivery and very professional packaging. Products were great value for money. Will definitely purchase again from this company.

Brilliant, very fast delivery and love the website. Will be ordering again from them in the near future.

This was the 1st time I had ordered online from Craftlabel as I usually buy their products from The Range, especially during lockdown. I was thrilled by the ease of ordering and the great prices and fantastic P&P and delivery service. I had a discount code and, unlike most retail, I could use the code on my whole cart. I love Craftlabel products and I will be using their website constantly now. Well done Craftlabel!!

Products arrived safe and well. The Website is easy to navigate. Great packaging that can be reused. Products as described. Swift delivery. Excellent customer services. So 5 stars.

Happy with website for online shopping, really fast and safe delivery. Very pleased, thank you .

Everything I ordered is of a fantastic quality, and arrived, well packaged in a timely fashion.

Very good experience shopping with Craft Label. The products I needed were in the sale, so I thought that by the time my order went through, they would be out of stock, but no such thing, they were in stockf and they came extremely quickly. Very satisfied customer!

Fabulous site with so many lovely goodies, I was in need of scrapbook albums and they had loads to choose from, ordered easily, came a few days later, lovely items, great products and great quality, will definitely be returning

Good quick delivery and excellent prices, arrived a day earlier than predicted.

Deliveries are quick and I love the packaging. The added stickers are a lovely touch.

Super fast next day delivery. Your packaging looked great and the free sticker sheet was an added bonus. I like that delivery is free after just spending £15. Great products, looking forward to using them.

Easy to order, fast delivery, ( actually delivered a day earlier than stated but I had notifications). Kept up to date with delivery times. Excellent packaging. First time I've used craft label and was super impressed.

Very easy to place the order at a very reasonable price.
Delivery was also extremely quick. The scrap books excellent quality.

I found my whole shopping experience with Craft Label simple and efficient. They have amazing prices, service and delivery. I would definitely recommend them and will be buying from them again. They are excellent value for money on high-quality craft products.

Excellent communication when a payment issue occurred through an internet crash, which was really appreciated. Also able to arrange a specific day for delivery too. Thanks.

Enjoyed looking round the website, easy to navigate. Received my order speedily. Overall, happy.with the experience.

First time using this company. Website was easy to use . Products were at a good competitive price. Being a novice , I took advantage of the live chat to ask a few questions and the employee was really helpful . Goods came really quickly. Overall extremely satisfied.

First time using this site. Ordering was easy. Goods have not arrived yet so will complete review then

I really didn’t have a good experience with craft label at all. I ordered the sawgrass printer which was first sent with the wrong inks and plug. After waiting for the new inks and plug to arrive I plugged in my new printer to find it was faulty. I ended up having to go back and fourth with craft label and sawgrass to have this fixed. It ended up taking over 2 months from the time of ordering to have a printer up and running. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because the price was good. But the experience as a whole was not good and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
