Ordered a custom painting and payed 45 euros. Never got delivered. Customer service told me to contact post offices myself. Never found my package. Dont order here

As expected
Shipment took long, as it was coming from China (ordered 26Jan, arrived 10Feb), but it was specify on the website. I have received tracking information so i could see how it is progressing. Package was received in good order. I am happy with the purchase.

This is a scam and cannot be trusted. Paid to have this delivered TO MY HOUSE, was told to contact nearby post offices myself???? Additionally, when I tried to seek out a post office, I suddenly got a mail the order is out for delivery. SCAM
