Nahima is quite perfect she worked with me and got my items to me on time before my nikkah. I fell in love with my ring plate and nikkah khat as soon as I saw it. So so grateful

First time using Nahima, absolutely love the niqah tray thank you! The order did arrive within the timeframe which was a month, I would advise if it’s your wedding order 2 months in advance so your not panicking like me, Nahima was fast in responding and did reassure it would come in time, alhamdulilah order did arrive 2 weeks before the wedding 😊

Ordered a Hajj plaque which nahima sold on her website but got it customised to a larger size. The customer service and the reply time was great. MashaAllah, it looked amazing and the quality excellent. Very pleased with it. With it being a gift for a loved one it was lovely that it came nicely presented.

Ordered personalised acrylic bookmarks. Nahima ensured I was happy the design and offered her creative opinion. I was a little worried when the items didn't arrive on time but Nahima followed up to see what the delay was and kept me informed. Thankfully the products arrived and looked great!

Terrible service. I never received my order, and it took over a month just to get my money back. No urgency, no proper communication, and no accountability. I’ve wasted time and patience dealing with this company. Avoid if you value your money and sanity

Disgusted!
Absolutely disgusted by the way this woman thinks she can run a business. It took her 2 attempts to create what we ordered which is something she advertises on her website. We ordered it the first time and the quality was shocking. She then agreed to remake the product and sent it to us and this time the work was done very half heartedly and once again wasn’t the same product as what she advertises. She then has the cheek to force us to send back the plain a4 paper that comes with the guestbook we ordered as well as the clips that holds paper together. She initially offered a refund on the product which she then cancelled because we couldn’t send the paper and clips back to her as early as she wanted it even though it took her 6 months to send us our guestbook. During these months, whenever we tried to contact her, she would try and say that our messages were hiding in her request box which doesn’t make sense as it is a public account. She then says she posted the item but when we asked about the tracking details she took a whole week to send this as she didn’t even send the item when she said she did. Extremely rude person. Shocked by the way she deals with her customers. Needs more training. Shocked!

From contact via Instagram to receiving the product (ring tray) I can’t fault the business! Clearly a lot of effort has gone into the things the owner creates! Would HIGHLY recommend this small business!

I ordered my ring plate from Nahima’s page, and my ring plate looks even more beautiful than seen on photos, online photos really don’t do justice to her work, you’ve got to experience it yourself to be amazed. I’m really happy with my order, the size and the colours everything is truly perfect, it couldn’t have been better.
