Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service - efficient answers to my on line questions about a (very sadly) discontinued product. I had problems setting up online account - not sure which end the issue lay - but had no such problems when I phoned up and spoke to the man on the other end. Order came very quickly. Many thanks.

They stocked exactly what I wanted at a very good price. My order arrived quickly & was well packaged. I will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended.

Too fragile for my project needs

Delivery of the craft foil was fast. Rather disappointing product as it is so fragile compared to other embossing foils and comparatively much more expensive. I took the risk (desperate as needed the colour urgently) and will not be purchasing again. It needs mounting onto a backing which doesn’t work for this project. Might work for some!

This company provides an excellent service with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Their prices are very competitive and the products I have bought have been of good quality and delivered promptly. They are my first choice for craft items.
