It was rather tricky and fiddly actually. I wanted a gift membership for my husband to arrive on a certain day. Difficult to navigate and understand the website. When I have done these things before with other companies (even when sending alcohol) the process is straightforward but not this time. The nominated day did not happen - firstly it was nearly sent a week too soon and I had to forestall that quickly. Secondly it did not arrive on the day requested (a Friday) but the following Tuesday totally missing the birthday. I only got a notice of the delivery from DHL on the day and though I asked to be told I was the 'next' they only told me after it had been delivered. I asked for my husband to be the nominated person for emails and contacts (as in a GIFT) but all correspondence still seems to be coming to me and the product was also sent to me. It spoiled the whole intention. When it did finally arrive he enjoyed it nevertheless.

Excellent, great regularly getting a new whisky to try

Was bought a subscription from family.

Product delivery was excellent.

Whiskies sent were refreshingly exciting and well paired with food choices.

All in all an enjoyable experience and value for money.

Haven't received first shipment. It was supposedly shipped at the beginning of March. They have no idea where it is and I'm already getting billed for the next round. Payment was taken end of February and I paid double to get the current offering

I worked with the Craft Whisky Club to have a bottle shipped to my husband every other month for several months, as his birthday gift. I am one of those clients who has an annoying amount of questions and the Craft Whisky Club answered them all very kindly. They kept me updated on the delivery timing and were extremely helpful and friendly. My husband loved his first gift package and is excited to see the next one arrive.

I was only a member long enough to receive two packages, but the presentation, quality, and packaging was top rate!

Delivery was exactly when expected and the presentation of the box was great! Loved the Sea Salt Tablet pairing, and it was great to have tasting notes on hand as well. Can’t wait for my next box.

The product, when you get it, is great. However actually getting it is next to impossible. We are about to make our 6th payment and have only received one full shipment and one partial shipment. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times who are always friendly and promise our shipment is on the way... and still nothing. We are ready to cancel.

Craft Whiskey Club has been a fun way to try new whiskey. Although it would be great to have some Scotch in the mix. The treats that come in the package have been delicious. We do wish there were two glasses included as the experience is usually shared.

Excellent service brought this for our son as a xmas present 🎁 that carries on through out the year he loves it !

Really enjoyed trying whisky I would not have otherwise known about. Have had lovely nights sharing with my friends. Generally delivered when expected and nicely presented (I use the package and box to light our chiminea).

Excellent choice Whiskey as opposed to whisky, that’ll be the Irish..

The whiskies we received were both completely new to me and really nice. It really expanded my whisky horizons. Also great were the chocolate and cocoa mix that accompanied them.

Just an amazing gift and top quality liquid!

Our first order came in January, and we were very pleased. Our second order was to be delivered in early March, but we were not home so unable to sign for the package. UPS has not attempted to deliver it again and believe it is lost in their facilities. They told us to contact you to have you file a claim. However, after numerous emails, you have not responded to us. It’s very frustrating to be ignored by your company. Hope to hear from you soon.

Receieved 2 x bottles on subscription as a gift. Some good whisky but not worth the money in my opinion. Same whisky availiable for quite alot less elsewhere. 1st delivery should have included a free glass, We were advised there was a stock issues and it would be in the next delivery. This came and no glass. No response from the customer service re this. Will not be renewing subscription.

Very expensive for what you get. No information about the whiskies, their distillers or history. And neither of the whiskies I got struck me as particularly interesting. So, definitely not recommended.

A gift for my son. He’s just delighted. Beautifully presented too. Looking forward to trying more
