Scammers, i just saw 3 of your designs in shein for 4,30 euros

We ordered 3 different kits. One was a custom picture of our kids, and 2 of their landscape scenes. All of the pics came out great. Colors were spot on.

Avoid at all costs!

Our second child was due and I thought it would be a nice relaxing gift to enjoy into her final semester. It was also almost Xmas 2023. I paid the extra priority postage. To date have not received painting..! Paid over £100 to receive nothing! I have contacted their service team “Rosie” advised would not refund but would ship. Still waiting… tried to make contact on several channels I honestly think this is more scam than business..

I have completed SEVERAL paint by numbers projects. I ordered from this site and should have canceled as soon as they listed a frame as an extra charge. How can you complete a painting when it’s not framed???
In addition to that, the paint brushes included in the kit are the cheapest I have ever seen. But the reason I am writing this review is because they send you about 25 paint pods and they are NOT numbered. After paying $45 and waiting almost a month for my purchase to arrive, I had to use a color chart that does not match the color of the paint pods. If you mess up on labeling the pods, your project will be ruined!
This company is charging extra to frame your painting and can’t even send you paint pods that are numbered!!!

I tried to order a photo for my wife and I to paint together. During checkout there were oddly placed buttons for adding other things to your cart that I accidentally pressed and after checking out it turned out I accidentally bought two random paintings. I contacted customer support immediately asking for them to cancel the order. They wrote back to me a day later and one hour after I got a shipping confirmation email saying there were no refunds for things that have already shipped. I went back through and was careful to select exactly what I wanted, paint by number of one of our wedding photos. It just arrived in time for my wife's birthday and it's not the paint by number effect and they forgot the paint. This company can do better by closing.

- Wether you choose an image you download or from their catalogue, the cadeva with the different areas is spot on. All is reproduced to perfect scale and paint scheme reflects well the reference picture or project from their catalogue.
-The customer service is extremely efficient, human and personnalised.

Paint by numbers has become my new favorite hobby. The instructions are clear, and the quality of the materials is top-notch. I love how relaxing it is to sit down and paint my own masterpiece. I've already completed four and can't wait to start the next one. Great job, guys!

I can't enough of paint by numbers! It's the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The kits are super easy to use and the final result looks amazing. I've done two so far and I'm hooked. The team is great at helping with any question too. Highly recommend!

I ordered a custom paint kit on 27/03/2024, I was aware of the long delivery time of the product. I decided to email support on 01/05/2024 and they claimed my house number was missing from my order details but in the confirmation it was all noted properly.. I sent my adres details again on 08/05/2024 and didn’t receive an answer till 02/06/2024 which is absolutely unacceptable. I am then told on 03/06/2024 that my paint kit has been processed and shipped and I am provided with a tracking link. On 03/06/2024 they immediately sent another email after confirming the shipment saying they did not have my custom picture and if I could send it to them again… At this point I state that I’d like a refund as the nonsense seemed to be never ending. I am then met with a reply to my refund request, that they cannot refund custom made products. I was at an absolute loss for words, how can you claim you can’t refund a product that has never been custom produced as you do not have the custom image I uploaded when placing my order?!? I am still waiting to receive my money back and now the customer service has yet again chosen to ghost me clearly indicating they are fully aware of how incapable they are.

Since my Covid vaccine I became chronically ill. It’s been 3 years now and I’ve struggled with life changes and not being able to do the activities I used to do. Craft by numbers has given me back a passion I lost years ago. I can paint! I can sit quietly, or listen to podcast books whilst I paint! It’s so addictive and I am absolutely obsessed! I didn’t think I would find happiness again and I have through painting. Thank you so much craft by numbers. Your business is more than just painting, it’s life saving 💗

I was charged by this company and never received my order, nor was it even ever mailed out. When I have reached out to this company they have failed to respond. They are a scam!

Terrible terrible terrible. Failed to deliver an item that I have ordered and refuse to give a refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
Update, they have responded by telling lies that I have received my item. I received some items but not all. I wrote to them requesting a refund for the missing item but they refuse to refund me. Again, this shows how bad this company is. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

I ordered a custom canvas based off of a picture I uploaded. I received some random painting that is not at all anything I would have picked for myself. Avoid this company. I feel scammed.

Update, I emailed the company and received a copy of an incorrect invoice that I supposedly ordered which does not match the original invoice. I have never seen the painting that was sent to me. And I would not have ordered it as it isn’t my taste at all. This was supposed to be a gift to my husband for his FIRST Father’s Day which was to be a painting of him and our son. Not some random animal. A refund was refused. I stand by my review. Terrible company and if you scroll down, there are others that have had very similar experiences. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

really enjoyed the process. The canvas and paints were great quality. Took me a while to finish, but it was totally worth it. Highly recommend! The kit included everything I needed and the final piece looks amazing hanging in my living room. I've already got my eye on a few more design to try out.
