I ordered a tonic glass mat on the 15th March, have emailed them also phoned but have heard nothing yet, checked my spam as it suggested but nothing there either, would just like to know whats happenig with the order.

Have purchased from craftyflair before. Items are despatched promptly,great products at great prices. Would certainly recommend if you are a crafter for any crafting supplies

I have only received part of my order. Sent WhatsApp message and emails but no reply at first. It seems there has been a problem with me getting the updates. They did send the first part of the order out so didn’t have to wait for all items. After reading some of these reviews I jumped to the same conclusions ref missing items for that I apologise.

This store has a fantastic selection of beads, and I was impressed with the speedy delivery, I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Good range of products and at reasonable prices. Ordering process easy and timely delivery. My only criticism is that when loading more products to view on website the page bounces back to the top and you have to scroll through what has already been viewed before seeing the additional products.

The online ordering system is easy to use. Delivery and packaging of products is excellent - my orders have been dispatched very quickly. The only other thing I would like is an email to say my package has actually been posted on the day this happens.

Placed an order on a Saturday which I needed by the Wednesday for a specific project. Had paid for Royal Mail 24 to ensure this happened. Items never arrived till the Thursday and to find they had sent ordinary 1st class at half the postage I had paid. Sent several emails to them as the order isn't a lot of use to me now, they send a complex account of Royal Mail!!!!! Avoid

they are an amazing company , the products I received were wonderful and an excellent quality and affordable. The customers service is beyond compare . I would highly recommend them . And will without a doubt order from this caring wonderful company again !!!

I have been using Craftyflair for over a year now. Excellent selection of stock, good prices and pleased with the delivery time.

Had a lot of trouble getting all my order fulfilled and it took ages. I think the company is in trouble according to Companies House information I would avoid ordering anything from here.

I ordered from Craftyflair at the beginning of February and my order came nearly 4 weeks later. There was a missing ink pad from the box and I have e mailed them twice to tell them and haven't had the courtesy of a reply.

Order not recieved replacement order was sent however part order only then no communication a month now been waiting and still no order very bad would never advise anyone use this company

I ordered over a week ago and paid for the express delivery as my order was time sensitive. A week later and not only have my chaser email gone unanswered but I am also still waiting for my order and will be unable to use the products for what I ordered as the time has passed. I will NEVER use this company again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I've read the responses this awful company have sent to other reviewers and it is quite simply not good enough - putting the blame on the customer for not chasing or advising of urgency - disgusting!

My advise pay slightly more and get from a reputable source.
