My experience was made excellent by the quick responses from the company, the company does a very successful job and is responsive to every request or order you make, with the order received it has made me very happy and I will cooperate every time and whenever I need to order things.

Am being harassed by this company to remove my review because they have refunded my money. Not happening because people need to be aware of this business. Just read other reviews

I ordered an “Air Backpack” through a YouTube craftyzenith advertisement, which displayed a price of 38 SAR at checkout. However, I was charged 77 SAR instead. The Apple Pay notification reflected a $9.99 deduction. Unfortunately, the full amount was ultimately withdrawn by CraftyZenith. As expected, they classified part of the charge as a subscription, and according to their terms and conditions, the remaining amount is non-refundable. This feels like a deceptive and unethical practice.

After numerous email exchanges, they finally agreed to cancel my subscription—but even for that, they deducted (22.55 SAR) money from my account. Despite all the back-and-forth, I only got a small portion of the stolen amount(36.43 SAR) refunded. I strongly advise others not to be misled by their ads—they’re just out to take your money. It feels more like gambling than a service. I had no choice but to close my account.

The experience was great. The response from the escalation team was quick and detailed. Great service
