Have used Cragos for a few years now. They're always great and do their utmost to sort any issues professionally. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service received from Jason and his team @ Cragos. Initially went to BMW Ruxley who quoted me £190 for diagnostics and a 2 month wait for a hire car. Went to Cragos via a recommendation and was quoted £120 for diagnostics and a 2 day wait for a hire car. No brainer really and I immediately booked myself in with Cragos. An extremely professional team. Excellent communication and I had my car back the next day. Due to unforeseen circumstances Jason stayed on out of working hours in order for me to collect my car. I can't rate this company enough and I will definitely be using Cragos in the future. Highly recommend to all BMW owners.

BRILLIANT. Not used theses guys before. I was recommended. My BMW locked up and wouldn't even move. They did a diagnostics and identified the problem. As I had just bought it, the young receptionist said she would have a word with the seller as this should not have happened. They gave me an estimate. AND to cut a long story short it ended up costing me way less than the estimate because they sourced the best suppliers for me. I ended up giving them a box of chocolates I'm so happy. Look out for any over weight staff and remember it was my fault. I will be using this garage again. TOP NOTCH.

My BMW 6 series had convertible roof issues and a rear window fault when I got it I had taken it to three so called specialists! It started at d&t wise bexleyHeath who didn’t have a clue BMR Dartford who also had a go and made it worse and then to Thurrock prestige vehicles who also failed to repair all in all 2000 pounds down the drain for wasted labour I found cragos through a friend who also uses them.

I have been using this company for years. They have looked after my cars as if they they were their own. The quality of their work and service is outstanding. A second hand BMW a special kind of used car and when neglected things can get very expensive. Dealers will rip you off and other workshops don't have the in depth knowledge and experience to diagnose and advise accordingly. If you cherish your used BMW or Mini this business will give you honest advice, competitive prices topped off with outstanding customer service.
