The website is excellent, their customer service outstanding and above all the plants, which apart from being great plants in themselves arrived quickly and superbly packed.
P.S. A shame that with so few reviews one bad experience by someone in early 2021 (with no feedback as to why there was a problem) has taken their rating down to 4 stars. I would give them 10 if I could.
Perfect. The plants I ordered were so effectively packaged that all the granite chippings on the soil surface were still in place. The plants were undamaged and of exceptional quality. They were despatched on a Tuesday and delivered the following day. The plants appearance was very similar to the pictures on the site. I could not be more pleased.
Just used for 1st time, very pleased with the plants. Requested 16 different and that's what I received, Perfectly packed with no damage to plants. Would definitely recommend.

Having read the other reviews on this site very sorry about the closing down of the payment system just as you are about to pay but if you read the notes written on the web site you will see exactly why, such a good company they only accept so many plant orders every week and then shut down the payment option down until next week. Read all the pages from first to last letter, very very interesting and well written.
As good as it gets. The website provides clear guidance, the 12 plants I ordered were amazingly packaged and essentially are bigger and in better condition than seen in any of my local garden centres
