I saw my bike on eBay and called the garage.
Condition of bike was explained and apart from photos I bought unseen.
Overall condition was better than expected and Steve the salesman was extremely helpful, even delivery guy waited as I was late home.
I'd definitely buy from them again and recommend.

Great service from Keith and the team. Bought an ex demo motorbike from them at an incredible price. Keith was very helpful and guided me through my first purchase of a motorbike. Delivery was A1 from Dave giving me a clear time of arrival.

Bought a 2022 bmw s1000r sport from these guys, Steve dealt with me and he was a absolute pleasure to be dealt with by him even when they had problems with delivery of my bike they sorted it to make sure I got it thank you steve

Ordered Honda adv 350 in August for delivery November, paid £200 deposit. Have had to cancel order. Was told at point of order that deposit would be refundable if order cancelled. Nothing at all on sales order form about deposit policy.Spoke with manager/owner today, who outright refuses to refund the deposit, saying that it will go on account!!! Absolutely unbelievable appalling customer service from a Honda dealer, Honda UK have been informed .

Purchase a cbr1000rr from a main Honda dealer in Shipley ( Craigs Honda ) l was told it was a stunning bike fantastic condition after less than 24hrs sent it back damage to seat ,brake fluid leak onto the front screen no service history when told it had part service history. Why can't salesman be honest and point out bad points and not Bullsh1t.the customer.plus cost me £200 for delivery which l lost awful dealer.

If there's one thing that really annoys me it's making an enquiry to buy something, being told the guy is 'on the phone and will call you back' and that's the last you hear, so you either have to chase them again or go elsewhere, and this is what happened twice to me at craigs, both on the phone and by email enquiry. I simply wanted to know about upgrading my existing bike tyres (bike bought from them) and also about purchasing a new bike and trade in, but will buy elsewhere now from a company who will value my business and actually want to make a profit, as i take the view that if they cant be bothered to respond at this stage what would they be like once they have my money?

I brought a piaggio mp3 300 on the 27th April delivery was on 10th May it came with NO v5 master key service history which was described in the advert before accepting delivery I rang Craig's Honda and was told they would collect them from the previous owner so I accepted delivery. On calling the next day to check when I could expect them only to be told they were unobtainable. When I said they had missed sold the bike to me and I said if I lost the key I got with the bike I would be out of pocket the only advice that they gave to me was well don't lost the key poor service from a big dealer whilst I Happy with the bike I will not use them again ....

A long one sorry folks . I ordered a bike last July and paid a £250 deposit . Not heard anything by October so called to cancel. They then said "it's coming next week " (Keith) .
Well I phoned back and said ok I will take it and then Keith said " we have sold it . So back to awaiting another bike ( I don't think they had a bike at all coming in ) I then emailed in January this year and sent an email to cancel the bike as, no calls , email, anything to suggest any arrival of a bike . I ordered else where . I followed this up with a call the following week as, I again had no communication from them regards my email .
I got through on the phone , to be told by the director of the company," Did you no think to call us to see where the bike was before cancelling the bike yet again " . I said " that wasn't my job ".
He proceeded to shout down the phone at me . They then called or text me to ask " what are you doing about this bike on order
I gain told them I had cancelled the bike last week .." well it is coming in next week " .
They said that last time .
The text and calls were no every day . I felt harassed and anxious about , them forcing me to buy this bike . I got InTouch with a solicitor Hart and Law and asked them for help . She did and I had to pay the bill .
Now on Google business , they have called me a liar o er not having a call on my behalf from a solicitor. They are liars , please stay clear of this lying company . This is the director of a family business . I only wanted to buy a bike nothing more . And two months after my review in Google has he bothered to reply .
Oh they did offer to service my new bike ( bought else where)
They have broken my trust and any friendship we could have had over the years to come .

On 20.2.2023, my son saw a Gas Gas 300 TXT trials motorcycle advertised on Ebay, by Craig's of Dewsbury.

A 2017 model, which we arranged to collect at 3.30pm. There was a miscommunication and the bike was not ready. Craig's apologised for the mix up and we took delivery later.

We returned today to pick up spares and the lad in "Parts" could not have been more helpful.In life, mistakes happen, but how they are resolved is more important to me.

We met the owner who was friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with. He generously compensated my son for the inconvenience and left us with a very favourable impression.

This is a large motorcycle dealership who have an extensive range of off road bikes and accessories, which I would recommend and will shop there again.

Outstanding service from enquiry to handover.
Nipped up yesterday to do a bike swap.
The whole team are friendly and knowledgeable.
Bike, although used, was presented perfectly and the handover run through of the (extensive) controls was excellent, and not rushed even though I was later arriving than agreed.
Would I recommend them? - Definitely!
Would I buy from there again? - My next bike will almost certainly be from here.

Review regarding Craig’s Motorcycles (part of same company). Sold us a stolen motocross bike and refused to give us a full refund. Would avoid at all costs.

Brought a used Bike from Craig's Honda, Jack and Matt were helpful at all times.
Could not travel to Shipley to see the bike in the metal so Jack spent time telling me all about the bike and sent me a long video.
Bike was then Serviced and MOt'ed before being delivered. The service was 1st class, the Bike was absolutely as described. A good buying experiance

Ordered a new Honda CRF300 Rally in October. Deposit paid. Told March 2022. Turned up January 2022. Collected and stored untill 1/03/22 for new reg. Number plate delivered to me. Just come home from first service. Staff were professional and friendly. I felt very well looked after and would recommend them to anybody. Great bike and even though it is a low budget bike i received Gold standard treatment.

The staff at Craigs Honda have been absolutely fantastic. The buying process was seemless, as was the warm welcome, hospitality and the depth of product knowledge delivered by all.
A 5 Star customer focused purchasing experience rarely available in todays busy world.

go to Craigs Honda and ask to speak to a salesman called Jack who will be more than happy to help you find the right bike at the right price for you
on my last visit about a month ago I test RoadTwo bikes and sadly neither of them were for me
however Jack was the perfect gentleman very polite and pleasant to deal with
a REAL CREDIT to the company I’m sure they have other salesman but Jack for me made the experience of visiting Craigs Honda a really good easy way to look at buying a bike keep up the good work Jack

Not as advertise which is very misleading . Looked at a bike online and notice that in some of the pictures marks/scratches on one side panel and on the tank. sent an email to one of the sales guys (Keith) and asked if this was correct or was it camera flash bonce back? he replied to my email to say no marks on the side panel and tank so I parted with my 8k.

I had the bike delivered because I live 3 hrs away and to my horror scratches on side panels and tank which will require painting to deep to be polish.

Call Keith and said send pictures which I did. Had phone call from his boss to say "bring it back and we will return your money" I explained that I live over 3 hrs away and that I had he bike delivered and I wont to keep the bike he continued on the path bring the bike back.

Not at any stage did he offer any type of apology just said that now that the bike has left them nothing more can be done.

When I first made an enquiry with Keith regarding the bike I said that I will come to the dealership and view it for myself, Keith said that I could but what you see in the photos is what you get. Now I know what's he was talking about.

Would I buy or recommend Craigs Honda NO WAY
