I was bit by a dog and hired Craig Swapp & Associates in June 2021 and resolved case in July 2022. I worked with Amanda K who was so incredibly helpful explaining things to me so I knew where we were with every step, and genuinely cared about my treatment process and wouldn't let me settle for anything less than I deserved. She truly made the entire process run smooth and as easy on me as possible. The lawyer I worked with was Brad A. He also wouldn't settle for anything less than what I deserved, and was kind and professional.

I was in a car accident in April of 2021, the at fault insurance tried to pin part of it on me as per usual. Craig Swapp was able to negotiate and get me fair compensation for my trouble and bills.

I contacted Craig Swapp after an auto accident where both my own insurance and the other (at fault) driver's insurance were both dragging their feet and ignoring my calls. I had a totaled car, horrible whiplash and a concussion, and chiropractor and physical therapy bills I knew I'd have to pay. Everyone I talked to and worked with, from the initial intake person on the phone to the people in the office and the lawyers who helped with my case were super professional, very friendly, sympathetic/empathetic, and they all took extra time to walk me through all the technicalities, options, legal jargon etc. I never felt like I asked a stupid question and they made sure to walk me through all my options and gave their professional opinions on my best bet to get a settlement. Specifically Erin Dyer and Christina Lambert were absolutely phenomenal to work with and so, so helpful. Thank you for making a scary experience much easier to deal with and navigate!
