I was in a car accident in October of 2020 and hired Craig Swapp & Associates. I worked with Jenny F nearly on a regular for 16 months who was so incredibly helpful, kind and professional. If it wasn't for Jenny, I wouldn't of got the treatment I needed in order to fully recover from my injuries. She is a great communicator and genuinely cared about my treatment process and wouldn't let me settle for anything less than I deserved. She truly made the entire process run smooth and as easy on me as possible. The lawyer I worked with was Kurt L. He also wouldn't settle for anything less than what I deserved, was incredibly helpful explaining things to me so I understand and overall had great communication with me so I knew where we were with every step. I honestly cannot recommend Jenny F and Kurt L at Craig Swapp & Associates enough. They are an incredible team who were professional, consistent and kind. HIGHLY recommend!

I originally went to Craig Swapp & Associates through a referral from a family member. I am so happy that I did. I was involved in a Commercial Vehicle Accident 01/19. There were many obstacles to hurdle. RJ Ermola helped my family get the process started and explained the long road to follow. During our interactions over the last 3 years the office personnel associated with my case were beyond reproach. They were always informing me of updates to the case explaining my options and giving counsel on best course of action. When my case was handed over to Erin Dyer and Christina Lambert, the service that I received from them was above and beyond what I would ever expect. Erin Dyer didn’t treat my case of my family as another paycheck for the firm, she treated us as if she was on our side of the table. I was in an car accident last summer and the other party’s, who was at fault, insurance was extremely difficult to deal with and tried to close my medical claim before I had even received any medical care. RJ Ermola & Erin Dyer were such great attorneys and treated me with the utmost kindness and respect throughout the entire case. They did everything they could to make sure that all my medical bills were completely covered and I had a some extra money for any future medical bills I may incure if I happen to need any other treatment. I truly appreciate everything they did to make my car accident a bit easier of an experience.

I have worked with Jennifer Reece and Rachelle Larsen since the day of the accident. They have been phenomenal! They have answered my questions. I gave 4 stars to Erin and Christina because they were very kind to me. It did take almost 2 years to get this settlement and this is why I didn't give them 5 stars.
I know that they had waited for the defendants to respond and that is why it took so long, but there was lacking of communication to me regarding this until I called the office to find that out. I would have given a 5 star rating if I would have had more communication from them. At one point there wasn't any communication from July 8-Oct. 14. So that was really the only part of the case I didn't like. Other than that like I said at the beginning, they were both very kind. One day I let all my anguish out to Erin regarding what I had gone through and she basically just listened, and gave me support. So over all they are good people and did help me. Thanks guys! CW

Man where do I begin, oh yeah it all started with getting hit and getting hurt. But anyways I had never gotten in an accident and so I decided to call Craig Swapp one call that’s and was assigned to Kurt L. And there were times I got impatient cause I ended up needing treatment. And back surgery. Luckily I had Kurt and Nicole his para legal to walk me through this scary part reassuring me it will be ok and them reminding me of dr appts. I’m very grateful for Kurt and Nicole they are amazing I would not have been able to manage all this crazy stuff on my own! At Craig Swapp I became family and they were so sweet always! I actually hired another lawyer right after my accident. This was a huge mistake! He promised the world but delivered nothing. He let important deadlines slip by which cost me thousands of dollars.
After over a year I fired him and went to Craig Swapp. They came to my house to get all of the information they needed which was so convenient. Kurt London and Paula took on my case and worked so hard to get me an amazing settlement. They were even able to find some loopholes to make up for some of what the other lawyer cost me.
