I ordered a Pas Normal jersey on October 2nd. The website mentions 1–3 day delivery within the EU, but as of October 10th the jersey has still not arrived. Customer service only replied once to my email, afterwards there was no further response. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the shop’s delivery promise.

I would definitely not recommend their website for online purchases—terrible experience. I ordered a Pas Normal Studios Off-Race women's jacket in size S, but they mistakenly sent me a men's jacket in the same size. I understand that mix-ups happen, especially since the jackets look similar.
I immediately reached out to their customer service and was provided with a return label, along with reassurance that they would send me the correct jacket. However, the next day, I was informed again by Mathias, "I can see that it was sadly a men's S in a women's zip bag, so we don’t have it in stock. Sorry for the inconvenience".
I was extremely disappointed and still am. Since the women's XS jacket is still listed as in stock on their website, I requested that they send me that instead—but I have yet to receive a response. To make matters worse, their customer support is virtually nonexistent. Don't expect any help via live chat or phone—they simply don’t respond.
EDIT: after I returned the jacket and received my refund already , today I have received an email : "Sorry about this situation. Do you want me to order the right one for you, otherwise please return the jacket :)" . I don't know if at this point they are just making fun of me
