I recently passed my test using a company called Crashcoursesdrivingschool.co.uk.

I used these because the waiting times for driving tests is ridiculous!!! Around 5/ 6 months and as a company they offer fast track driving tests without any additional lessons if you are ready.

I found this company online ,initially i was alittle sceptical as I hadn't heard of them before,but I spoke to a lovely woman called Suzanne ,she explained exactly how they accessed the tests ,payment and roughly how long I would have to wait.

I booked my test and paid for it upfront on the 27th November and by the 27th December I received an email saying that they had one available for the 10th January!!! At my local test centre.

I immediately accepted and passed!!!.

The course is double what you would pay through the government website however, the waiting times are ridiculous and I was keen to pass without spending even more money on lessons and waiting til spring!!.

The extra money it cost was 100% worth it.

I would highly recommend this company and have just given out their details to two of my friends that are also ready to take their test but are not willing to wait 5/6 months to pass!!!.

This company gave me an instructor who was eager to get the first lesson underway to get the rest of his money but then would cancel for any other lesson afterwards. It has been 8 months and we've done 3 out of the 30 hours I've paid for. I have tried constantly to contact the company to get a new instructor and no reply. Would definitely not recommend.

Don't waste your time, patience, money or sanity booking through these people.

It took 6 months for them to organise my course having already paid around a £500 deposit. I was consistently spoken to so rudely on the phone and made to feel bad for questioning their terrible service. I was even reduced to tears after a phone call once after a vile man accused me of lying about the information I had provided. It took 3 weeks for them to reply to each email and I couldn't bare calling them to be spoken to in such a way.

I wish I had read all the other bad reviews before booking with them.

They shouldn't offer a service they evidently cannot provide.

It's a scam.

pure and simple.

called on the last day before my test. lost almost £600 got refunded for 4 hrs left at around . 100 somehow!! ?? cancelling my practical the day after I paid the instructor, meaning I cant even reschedule the practical on dvsa site for a later date..
just some of the stuff right here.

10 hrs is all I needed because I have had over 60 with intructor before pandemic, and been driving under supervision for 6 months on top of that.
And she screwed me over saying I wasnt test ready on the final day which I could no longer cancel the practical and reschedule for another date. or get another instructor. so they call me and Tell me that I can do it in my own car, mf which btw you need a whole bunch of stuff, its just ridiculous.

just some episode in the series of scumbag moves.

Having never driven before to passing after a 2 week intensive, I couldn't have had a better experience.

I booked a 40 hour course and was assigned Ian Swatton as a driving instructor. He was great and I can't recommend him enough, kept me calm in rough patches and taught me everything I needed to know.

Crash Courses found me a cancellation at the perfect time in the preferred test centre, at a very good price with 4 hours a day for 2 weeks. It couldn't have gone better. Passed first time!

What service! Excellent and friendly employees who always respond quickly to you enquiries and requests. Great delivery on the driving courses too - I did the 28hr as a new driver and it was a great foundation in learning to drive. Also when booking Practical Tests the fast track really fulfilled the promise - I had new tests every 3 to 4 weeks which is amazing considering the wait times right now! 100% recommend.

Currently waiting for a refund for a course I paid for over 3 months ago. I was promised regular updates by Bob who never got back to me and didn't reply to my email asking why I haven't been assigned an instructor after waiting for months. They organised taking my deposit within hours of me contacting them but that's where the service stopped. Extremely unhappy as I needed to be driving by now, I've wasted months waiting for absolutely nothing. Really poor service.

The company assigned me Jurgen and I can not thank them enough for this! Jurgen was an absolute dream to work with and made my experience educational and enjoyable. If you are Plymouth based please ask for Jurgen.

I have used 2 intensive driving companies and would not recommend either. They use temporary/short-term staff (due to covid?) and generally seemed more interested in getting your fee than getting you to pass.

An intensive course with an independent instructor was far more effective (and cheaper). This was easier to source than I anticipated as I assumed intensive tuition was only provided by driving schools. He seemed more committed (punctual, communicative, motivated). This was a contrast to the intensive driving companies whose lessons had no real plan or directed purpose, so the time just seemed to slip away without much of use happening.

Excellent throughout right from the booking stage with clear guidance on timings and what’s involved. The communication in advance and all the way through to the test day itself from the instructor was superb. Suzanne was perfect instructor for my daughter (who passed this time) I can thoroughly recommend them (especially at this time to get a test date in itself is very challenging). Value for money when you weigh up all you get from the packages.

They was very helpful and couldn’t do anough for me they got me in for 15 hours very quick with a driving instructor and got me a test very quick I would recommend them

I would recommend this driving company as they take there time with you and make you feel completely comfortable and explain exactly are things are done and how to do things.

Passed first time! The company booked my theory and practical within a short period of time. The instructor Judy was fantastic which meant I passed my test! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with my experience with Crash Course Driving School, they have been nothing but helpful throughout the whole journey. Even with everything that has been going on, they always kept up to date with when the test centres would reopen and when I would be able to start having lessons. Most importantly passed first time, with only one minor. Great school, great instructor, great experience, would definitely recommend.

An Excellent Fast tracked and Professional Service, 5* recommendation

Having been let down by another company I needed a quick course for my son. Crash Courses were excellent from day 1. Unfortunately COVID 19 interfered with the lessons and Test but once the centres were open all was completed with a pass to boot. We were updated regularly with the state of play and all emails were answered the same day.
Many thanks to Suzanne who kept me informed and Jamel the instructor. On this experience I would thoroughly recommend.
