Thi’s scam website taken our money and lie about delivered my order and been waiting for long time without any answer and taken out money and just to let you guys know they don’t have any customers service and once they take your money you never get it back.
Your website will be reported to all government agencies if we don’t get our order and if you lie a comment to this then I will add more into it so don’t try been clever,
Your website will be exposed and will go under investigation if you keep ignoring us

After they receive your money then they keep messing you around and they keep telling you your order delivered which they never do.
I will expose your website and will report to all agency as trading standards and consumer right if we don’t get our money back

My family order a bed and they give her hell a problem and they never deliver the bed and she been told the order completed and after long process they still haven’t give her money back,
And they don’t have customers service contact number so once you pay you don’t get anything back.
If my family don’t get her refund and apology for all this hassle she been through then I Will report this website and also ask all my relatives to write more reviews and will expose your company to all my social media

I haven't received my order. I emailed customer service about the problem got an email back saying it can take 10-14 days for delivery. It has been 14 days. They said they would contact me back after speaking to courier service but no response yet. My daughter is sleeping on a mattress on the floor as bed hasn't come. So messaged on Instagram for a refund to get another bed but no response. No tel.no. for customer service just email. Very very disappointed

Awful Customer experience with this company and their delivery service. Never got an order confirmation, dispatch notification, or a delivery ETA until 1hr before it was thrown up my driveway. The delivery man told me he was missing a box and then drove away. I can not give a review on the quality of the bed as I haven't received all the boxes.
The company has no phone number, and have not replied to my previous 4 emails regarding an urgent need for this part and an eta on delivery. No answer and the delivery company XDP are also non-contactable.
This company seemingly are not interested in resolving or helping, it has been 15 days since they took the money out of my bank and I still have not received the goods. I do not like posting negative reviews but hope this gets picked up and I get a reply as I genuinely feel I am now being ignored via emails.

I'm really happy about the product, delivery and the communication about the delivery.

Ordered my daughter a bed it said it would be delivered which it never came I emailed the company the day after it claimed to be delivered were they sent me a email with a photo attached of some random person and house telling me my bed had been delivered I replied to the email with proof that the house they delivered it to was not mine to have my emails completed ignored they use a 1 start rated delivery company with nothing but bad reviews and are avoiding all my emails so they don't have to refund me meanwhile my 3 year old doesn't have her new bed and iv lost 269 which I have had no other option but to ring the bank over this matter to dispute the payment along with all the proof it wasn't my address don't know how long I could be waiting for the money to be returned to order My daughter a bed from else we're after all this I don't trust the company one bit

They are a scammer Do not trust this website they took money of my account and I never received the bed it’s been more than two weeks and don’t buy anything from them I bought the bed from them more than 2weeks them still haven’t received my bed yet I had to deal with them and the delivery company for more than two weeks still haven’t received it, never had a experience like this with any online website before all I want to say is (Do Not Buy ) anything from them .
About your lie reply Firstly, I have NOT received the item I ordered more than 2 weeks ago and I have prove that the items have not been received.
Secondly, you never texted or called me or discussed the time and agreed date for delivery.
This is not acceptable, and this is the first time I have experienced something outrageous like this.

Great experience with them but not a fan of the delivery service they use XDP.
Had issues with delivery and only crazypricebeds replied.

Bed is nice style but not the best quality at all
Not easy to fit in do not buy 12” mattress cuz expensive and not worth it , mattress protector was little damage on it.

The delivery driver had signed for the bed himself and left the expensive bed on the front door step as no one was at the property to sign for it or at the property to receive it

Bed arrived earlier that expected. Everything was there, easy to assemble, would recommend! Very pleased with the quality and the medium firm mattress is very comfortable.

Very reliable and friendly they rearranged my delivery as I was in labour the time it was ment to come very easy to order and very efficient would recommend these guys they are friendly polite and have very good customer service

Brought a triple bunk bed for my children got a delivery date and time so got rid of the old bet to put the new bed up and not even half of it was there! Couldn't even make a single bed out for what was in the box , no number to call to talk to someone about this.

Edit .... contacted back quickly and resolved the issue effectively, will definitely be using again in the future

I bought the bed and then read the bad reviews. I asked for a refund but they refused until delivery was refused. No number to call fir CPB and no number for delivery company XDP. The order would not have been delivered if I hadn't put in a claim to my bank for a refund. Delivery promised numerous times but it never happened. It took around 3 weeks for delivery. Now I have the bed it is great except the gas lift mechanism doesn't work so not the ottoman bed I want and had hoped for. I have emailed CPB for extra parts. Let's see what happens! I would not recommend this company.
