AVOID!

Please Note this review concerns the property management arm of CR Child and not the estate agents.

If you should ever be interested in purchasing property managed by CR Child - AVOID!!! Completely useless. David Hammond especially is incompetent beyond measure and conceited beyond belief. Forced to take my issue to the ombudsman who found in my favour. On top of mismanaging a relatively simple issue, they are only interested in rinsing owners for money. £25,000 to fire proof one flight of stairs and 3 doors. Magically this figure reduced to £15,000 after I complained. Even that was excessive but I was desperate to sell my property to rid myself of these ridiculous clowns

Unfortunately we are only the sales/new homes team of C.R. Child & Partners and there is no longer a block management or rental side of C.R. Child & Partners and they are actually Smith Wooley now.

Outstanding home purchase

We purchased our first home with CR Child and Partners. We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much and all our questions were responded to promptly. Great CustomerService with very friendly staff, we would definitely recommend and use again.

Exception service from a great team

We have had multiple dealings with CR Childs over the last 7 years and have found them to be very professional at all times. The level of service given by all members of staff is brilliant and they really do take care of you. Moving house can be stressful, but with them, it's so much easier.
