Absolutely brilliant service from CR Designs. We were reluctant using an online remote architectural service, but so glad we did! Both Caroline and Chris have been so helpful throughout. We instructed CR designs for a loft conversion and they came up with a brilliant design that exceeded our expectations and made maximum use of the space. They submitted our planning application and chased the planning officer on our behalf. I am a bit of a worry wart so contacted Caroline every time I had a question and she ALWAYS Replied, promptly and professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I would like to highly recommend CR design services. I was initially apprehensive about employing an internet based company to draw building control plans for a loft conversion, but I shouldn't have worried. Our designer, Rachel, was attentive to my requests (I had a few) and her final design had everything I had hoped (plus a few more things I hadn't considered). I felt part of the design process throughout, with Rachel happy to make changes as the plans evolved. Her communication was excellent and I received the finished design within a few weeks.

Used CR Design Services for calculations and drawings for an extension/new build. We found the company through a web-search. Amazing response and turnaround times and Chris was always happy to help if we needed to changes to the design. High quality service and excellent value. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

We were looking to convert our garage into a utility room and have a home office build to the front but didn't know where to start with drawings, planning approval etc. After posting a message on Facebook, Chris came highly recommended. After contacting Chris he visited our property and listened to what I wanted from the space. He provided the drawings for us based on my request and then submitted the plans on our behalf to the house builder and the council this taking the stress away from ourselves. Chris has provided exceptional service and has always been responsive when I have had questions. Chris utilised his expertise to advise us on what could and couldn't be done with the space we had available and provided detailed drawings for us to send to building firms who could then provide us with quotes. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to make structural changes to their home.

I used CR Design to produce drawings for planning permission for a knocked through into house garage conversion with a mezzanine level. Planning permission was granted on first submission.

We then went onto use the service for structural calculations.

Throughout the whole procedure Chris was easily contactable and more than happy to make any changes on request.

The whole process was easy and swift. Highly recommended.

I used CR Design Services based on previous reviews (on google) and the service seemed efficient and good value. They generated and submitted the drawings required for planning permission for a single storey front extension. I was not disappointed. The drawings were all done and submitted within the week and planning permission has been received without any problems. All communications with Chris were fast and professional. I certainly think this way of getting drawings done is ideal and cost effective. (may be different if multiple site visits needed). Would thoroughly recommend CR Design services.
