Alright, customer service need improving though!
The printer that I ordered (Creality HI Combo) came in excellent condition and overall quite good. Sadly customer support is quite slow with this company and should definitely be improved. After about 3 months of occasional use (like once a day for around an hour or two), the nozzle has accumulated a lot of gunk on it that is now bleeding into prints. Also, a much worse situation, I cannot get a screw out of my printer head cover (only 3 months of use!!!). I have tried literally everything I can think of (screw extractor, etc.). Unfortunately, I cannot get a technician to come to my house because there are none for this sort of thing in my area (actually state for that fact). This means that I have been on customer support for quite some time about this issue. Overall, I would still recommend Creality for buying a 3D printer, but just let them know that customer service is not great and doesn’t help that much (they just give out gift cards). I hope that this review will give you the information about Creality.

Ok I don’t know what is going on with people here. I bought a brand new K2 Pro from shop.creality.com
Arrived within a week at that was a week before Christmas!
The only issue I had was a crack in the side panel. I am getting a new panel sent out.
Look with items like this, work with the manufacturer if there is an issue. Within reason of course. Yes it takes a little time with Time zone difference, it is support in China. I have no problems and new side on its way. The printer itself is absolutely fantastic. I now have two CFS units and the space Pi X and a heap of hyper PLA (on offer after Christmas lol)
Follow ALL maintenance instructions. Isopropyl alcohol wipe after every print on a cold bed.
Clean the nozzle with BRASS wire brush every few prints. Don’t use Isopropyl on a hot anything or boom.
I haven’t needed to lubricate yet. But all of these tips are available on YouTube I also chat GPT a daily guide for my kids based on printer model.
Comparing the price to a brand new bambu this is a cracking device and quality is spot on. So I don’t see the problems others have had. Maybe the Ender is a bit crap I don’t know, don’t have one, but the K series, awesome and the support is fine, just slow.

Nice K1C printer. But, the camera, which is one of the reasons I bought this, does not stream from the printer. It is connected to my WiFi, but only receives data, and it creates time lapse files of the prints I have made.

The CFS machine is broken on delivery
The CFS machine is broken. I’ve talked to your customer service. I still have no parts headed towards my house. It’s just a simple bottom bracket I think is what it’s called. The tube won’t stay in the machine so with that being said, I can’t use my CFS machine and that’s why I give you a poor recommendation.

Missing Cable
I ordered the K2 Combo. The 100cm 485 data cable is missing. I submitted a ticket and sent an email to support but no one is responding. Support chat gets me no where, it just tells me to contact support. I'm stuck and no one will respond to my attempts to get the missing part. I don't know if the combo works or not, missing the cable I can't even try the printer. Very disappointing.

I bought an k2 plus combo some accessories. The delivery and setup were easy. The printer prints flawlessly so far. I highly recommend some kind of (CFS). For me, it made the process a little smoother.

The printer started making a squeaking sound then a grinding sound after two weeks of inconsistent use.
Creality doesn't respond to queries as to the possible repair solution or the potential cause. Honestly the poorest of aftersales service imaginable. Don't buy a 3D printer where luck decides its longevity. That's literally what it comes down to with Creality it may be a lemon off the line or it may not be. Put the cash you are going to spend in a bottle and throw the bottle into the ocean and hope it comes back because that's what dealing with this company is like. Zero after market service for a product that performs well below industry standards. In the end your stuck with a printer that doesn't work and zero recourse.

Ordered a printer, on 3 day delivery on the 15th of January 2026, the tracking still says sender dispatching item, I have contacted them several times to be told to either wait or that their logistics department will contact me, can anyone guess if they do? Obviously not, I have requested a refund withing the 14 days for online buying/selling and i was refused told they wont refund me. This printer for context was bought by my 14 year old son with his xmas money, they know this, they dont care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I received my Creality K2 combo and the cfs in it was inside of the printer housing. It was heavy enough that it has warped the heated base plate and I have emailed Creality and gotten no response
They try to scam you out of refund
Zero Customer Support
Tried to get hold of support to ask when the order is going to ship after waiting for a month. No reply. Because of non-existent support I cancelled my order. Then they shipped it anyway and have to wait ages for the refund...
Update: need to file a police report to get my refund as they are still trying to screw me over

Customer service is shocking, bought a 3d printer for my son for Christmas, less than a month in, touch screen doesn't work, getting these guys to email back is a joke, got a reply after 9 days after disputing with my bank. Wanting me to take there faulty product apart and try and fix it I don't think so
