Easy order process

Easy order process. Product arrived safe and quick (given it was the holiday season). K2 Combo has exceeded my expectations in performance and reliability. Product seems well built.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is a fraudulent company with unreachable customer service. They do have products in the wild, but I'm pretty sure they have AI bots running the company. I received a damaged printer, filaments with the vacuum seal broken, and it's been two weeks without being able to reach a human I can talk or chat with. And all I want is return the printer and filaments.

Visually appealing

I received my K2 Combo. The product's appearance is quite appealing, with a strong tech-savvy vibe. The packaging is exquisite, and installation was straightforward. The instructions are detailed and very easy to follow.

I ordered the printer on the 3rd

I ordered the printer on the 3rd, and since then absolutely nothing has changed. I have contacted customer support multiple times, and every single time I am told the same excuse: “in two days.” As of today, there has been no progress at all.

This level of service is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I have been waiting for more than 10 days with no clear information, no solution, and no respect for the customer.

Extremely poor service. I strongly do not recommend this company.

Purchased a 3D printer directly from Creality.

The device has been unusable for 9 consecutive days.
All troubleshooting steps provided by support were followed multiple times
(cables, heating elements, sensors, connections).

Result: no solution, no replacement, no accountability.
Only generic copy-paste responses.

This is not a beginner issue.
This is a defective product and a complete production shutdown.

Buying directly from the manufacturer was supposed to mean better support.
It clearly does not.

I strongly advise anyone who relies on their printer to reconsider.

A poor customer service experience

Creality leave a lot to be desired when it comes to their entry level printers like to Ender-3 V3 SE in my case. It worked acceptably for about 10 hours then started to produce spaghetti results after about 1hour and two thirds the way through a print.

I did all the usual checks such as moisture, bed levelling, first layers issues etc but it made no difference. To make it even worse, as it was a Christmas present t and I didn’t get to open it till after the 30 day return window had closed, I am now left with a useless lump of metal and a large degree of frustration of Creality customers services who are not only quite slow to reply but seem to have no idea why it is producing failed prints. It is very likely something called Z-axis wobble due to poor tolerances whereby the incremental steps are not accurate. But then you wouldn’t expect them to acknowledge a design weakness would you.

I keep sending them as much of the information they ask for but they just come back asking for more that I can’t provide.

Overall I would steer well clear of their ‘non flagship’ models. They are just not reliable enough and you will end up deflated and out of pocket.

K2 Plus Combo Package

I bought a K2 Plus Combo in summer 2025, Packaging an delivery was very fast and nice set up. The assembling was ok, we did it very fast. Of course the first prints have been different, but we got it working. The first pain in the a.. was when the heater wires around the nozzles broke after 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately this happend in night, when i thought i could leave the printer. Pustekuchen... Pressure and falling heat formed a structure around the nozzle body. It was no longer possible to scrape the mess out. So I ordered a replacement part (€30). Unfortunately, my patience was shorter than the response time of customer support, so I received a voucher for my hasty order. (Printed for my customers' prototypes, so time was of the essence.) The spare part was easy to change, we printed again and i had no issues until to today( 5 Month printing) What i hate, but seems to be at alle FDM Printer) are the quality when the room humidity is too high, i bought a setup afterwards to store the FDM and keep them dry. it helpled a lot, but when the room is still not that dry (basement) visible problems will occur always.... In my package there was a Falcon Pro 2 as well, it is funny to handle and to work with, but i have to calibrate it every time i switch it on. that costs always time and patience. It's only really worth it if you plan to use it all day long. Beacause of the smell we bought the smokepurifier/vacuumer,too and it was absolutely fine.It should be clear that these devices are not very quiet in operation... Also i had a scanner in my package Model Otter, but i only used it 2 times until today, and it was very different to get a useful result.. to be honest i had not the time to dive deep into its proper use and set up.so i can not rate it honestly. I like that material of all these stuffs. they feel very durable and seem to have a quality for durance. Delivery until today was very fast and no complicated, only the boxes sometimes are ripped when they arrive. and i would recommend the Hyper PLA at all times!

I would never ever buy from this…

I would never ever buy from this company again. there money back guarantee is not worth the paper its wriiten on. They just send the same email over and over again to stall you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Creality Support Unhelpful

Creality K2 Pro arrived extremely damaged, both sides of the printer are shattered, and the frame is bent to where the front door will not close.

Normally I would reserve judgment as the damage is most likely FedEx's fault, but I have been talking with Creality support for 2 weeks, provided proof of the damaged printer, and still have not received a return shipping label. They keep asking me to test if the printer works, when I have confirmed it is completely destroyed and non-functional.

Ordering and delivering was great but…

Ordering and delivering was great but, Sadly unable to help. Out of return time.
I ordered a resin printer for Christmas and kept it hidden only to find out from my son it was the wrong one.
When I did get in touch to try and sort things out, I was just quoted the return policy. It’s still all in the box unused. I will not be a repeat customer.
I was just asking to return for store credit and still order a filament printer from them but I will no longer do that.

I bought the K2 combo. Great so far!

I bought the K2 combo as my first 3D printer. So far, I am very happy with it. I’ve only used the Ultra-PLA from Creality. I have ordered some other filaments to try and will see how well they work. The multi feeder was a little tricky to get it set-up and working. For the price, I am happy with it and may purchase the K2pro in the near future with a couple more multi-feeders
