Support delays, doesn't help

The support team are not at all incentivised to help with issues. I returned items from my order, but they kept delaying my refund, and in the end I had to start a credit card dispute to get my money back.

Definitely recommend!

So I've been doing my research every printer has pros and cons. From my research the k2plus does everything i need and then some. I ordered mine and got it the same week. I've had it going none stop and have no issues other than some with old filament i had for another printer. I've had it for 3 weeks today and have over 150 hours of print time. I love and have so many more things to make!

Ordered a K2 Plus double cfs combo

Ordered a K2 Plus double cfs combo. Even though II have never used a 3D printer. After some stumbling around, I was quickly able to setup the printer and immediately start printing.

Love the size and print quality!

"Delivered" to an address 800 miles away!!

They delivered my package not to my shipping address... not to my billing address... but to an unrelated address 800 miles away in a different city and state. When asking for a refund, they reply that it has already been delivered. When reaching out to support they say "do not worry."

Garbage

Bought a Creality K2 plus, has never worked properly, it’s absolute garbage.

Support are useless, beyond stupid, have no idea what they are doing. Dont care and dont help.

Edit: updated after they have lied in the response.

Terrible company to deal with, really dreadful. Don’t help. Have no idea what they are doing. Lie. Don’t use them.

Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service

I ordered a 3D printer from the Creality UK store on the 25th October 2025 and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The item was never dispatched, yet I’ve been forced through a long, unhelpful “lost package” process that simply doesn’t apply to my situation.

Despite providing clear evidence that the order was never sent to the courier, I’ve repeatedly received generic, scripted responses with no real progress or accountability.

It has now been three weeks since I downloaded, filled in and submitted the required claim form, and the only updates I receive are vague assurances that “logistics are investigating,” even though there is nothing to investigate.

The lack of urgency, transparency, and basic customer service has been incredibly disappointing.

I expected far better from a company of this size. Until Creality modernises its processes and treats its customers with respect, I cannot recommend buying directly from them. My experience has been slow, unprofessional, and entirely avoidable.

DO NOT BUY CREALITY PRINTERS.
Bought an Ender 3 KE on October. took 10 days to get to me and it took me a few days to figure out the slicer, the filament and how to work with it.
I could not get it to adhere to the plate. I thought it was my problem. It ended up clogging so bad that it melted a lot of the parts and i contacted support.
They said there was a problem with some parts and shipped me 6 different parts( almost half a printer).
Still didnt work. They said it was another couple parts, related to the bed, and they sent me those parts. Still didnt work.
I was so tired of taking my NEW printer appart, that i told them i refused to solve it myself. it was clearly a defective product. They replied saying my warranty period was over and couldn't help me anymore, because I contacted them after the first 14 day period after the purchase (remember the product gott o my hands 10 days after the purchase).

At this point i have a defective shitty product and an endless series of emails that they refuse to solve.
Just buy a bamboo.
Or anything else. Not Creality.

K2 Plus, almost a great printer

I have to say they did a lot right. I mean, the packaging was some of the best. There's a lot of good things about it, the documentation online is pretty good. They show how to do repair parts and such much better than some other products, but the bottom line is I want a printer that I can count on it will print reliably all the time, or at least 90% of the time. And so far mine doesn't seem to be able to do that. I was very impressed with the first print, but they went downhill after that, and this print was only using the very center of the build plate. Later when doing a more thorough examination, my build plate was found to have a high dome in the middle and it doesn't print well on the edges. I'm working with Creality support. I'm hoping I can get a warranty build plate to see how that works. I think this can be a really good printer. Once I get it working right,

Ender 3v 3 plus worked for one week

Ender 3v 3 plus, had it running for a week and the hotend kit went bad, they deserved one star because customer service thru the app was quick to respond and get me a new hotend kit, but another bad thing is it can take up to 15 days to get the replacement. So the printer will be collecting dust all that time, I really want to get the ender 5 max but with this issues, I have lots of doubts.

So far so good with my printer👍

The printer equipment has meet all expeditions, and like all things 3d printed, the printer required a little bit of fine tuning to get just right to be successful, otherwise I have been happy with my K2 pro purchase.

Equipment and items shipped though FedEx arrived on time and one piece, everything else though the vendor GoFo has been awful, things lost and delayed or getting other people's packages instead. There is also doesn't seem to be an option to use anyone else (usps, FedEx, ups)

Printer went bad- 10 months- purchased…

Printer went bad- 10 months- purchased on Jan 10th, 2025,
spoke with customer service and they said I need to replace the screen which is not in their 1-year warranty. Went to price the screen after going back and forth with tech support for 8 days and it is over 200 USD!! The printer new is 500 usd
They will do everything to not stand by their product- please avoid

worst customer service I have ever…

worst customer service I have ever encountered. bought a heating block that was defective, have contacted them but nothing happens. they say they will contact me but have not heard from them for 2 weeks now. can only say stay away from Creality, they do not care about their customers, once you have bought a product from them, all contact is closed. I choose to sell my K2 Plus and buy a Prusa XL, at least they have good service.

Bought a defective Heating Block

Bought a K2 Plus Ceramic Heating Block, (order CREU9989) it turned out that it was defective and did not work, it could not heat at all. I have contacted their support and they promise that I will hear from them and they send an email, I have not heard anything from them and they do not take any responsibility. I have now bought a Heating Block myself and installed it and it works. so I cannot recommend their shop, as they sold a defective product and will not send a new one or refund me the money. This is written on my chamber art's Trustpilot, as I do not have one myself.

Awful customer service, avoid this company.

Ordered a 3d printer and was sent the wrong model. Contacted support and told id ordered the wrong one, although receipt clearly shows which model was ordered. No interest in resolving the issue or helping resolve the issues. Made promises that I would receive updates relating to escalation, although nothing received despite chasing numerous times.

Half scams

The printer works, but poorly compared to my prior one (which was half the price). The first-party accessories that they sell for those printers aren't actually compatible with the printers they claim to be compatible with. Their support team can't offer any solutions other than "try again". And they delete any negative reviews from their online store, which might explain why so many products have no reviews.

Worst experience ever...

bought a Creality printer on the 28th of August 2025, full of excitement. I had saved up, done my research and genuinely looked forward to using it. That excitement did not even last a day. The printer arrived in poor condition and never worked properly. It would not stay synced, the extruder jammed and every print attempt failed.

When I contacted Creality support, I expected basic decency and understanding. Instead, I was treated like the problem. Their replies felt robotic and dismissive. They kept asking for videos and proof, as if I was trying to trick them rather than return a faulty product. I refused to start opening the printer because it was brand new and that should never be expected of a customer.

When I asked for a refund, the process became even more frustrating. They would not send a return label unless I closed my PayPal dispute first. That sort of request is manipulative and completely unacceptable. It made me feel cornered and powerless.

To move things forward I had to pay for an independent inspection which cost £25 and then another £150 for shipping the printer back at my own expense. The printer was received by them on the 23rd of October and I did not receive my refund until the 30th. Sixty three days after my purchase. Sixty three days of stress, wasted time and emotional exhaustion.

Throughout all of this their communication was slow, cold and repetitive. There was no sense of care or responsibility, only delay after delay. It felt like a system designed to wear customers down until they give up.

This whole experience has been deeply unpleasant. I have never dealt with a company that made me feel so dismissed over something so simple. I will never buy from Creality again and I would strongly advise anyone thinking about it to avoid them.

I ordered the new K2 Combo printer

I ordered the new K2 Combo printer, what a great printer and fantastic value for money. When it arrived it was very well packaged and within 10 minutes it was out of the box and set-up ready to go. Once it auto calibrated I ran the the 4 Colour test print, 3DBenchy Tug Boat, it printed with no issues and the whole set-up and test print were done in around an hour.

The printer is very sturdy and well built, looking forward to hours of fun with it.

Brought a K2 combo, stupid mistake

Brought a K2 combo, when it arrived the cfs didn’t work, it would only print from feed 1. No matter what I did it would revert to feed 1 and wouldn’t print from the other 3. So I thought easy fix customer services should replace it, I’d only had it for a week so when I first contacted customer services it was within the 14 days of sale. Customer services stated very quickly there is a fault with some of the cfs but rather than just replace it I spent 2 weeks jumping through hoops, updating software, trying different things blah blah blah.
So now I’m not happy, I’ve wasted 3 weeks where I can’t print properly so I want it replaced, I told them over and over I wanted it replaced but they just kept going back and forth. Eventually I said look this is faulty if you don’t replace it I want to return the whole printer for a refund. So they agreed the cfs was faulty and they would replace it hallelujah. Then they drop the bomb of if I have to return the cfs and they have to receive it before they’ll send out the new one. NO! I refused and then had to fight them a few more days until the best they could do is when they got confirmation my cfs was on the way back they’d send out the new one. I then asked about compensation for the hassle. They offered me a £15 voucher to use on their site.
By now I was so sick of this and I realised Creality is a terrible company with rubbish customer services. I asked to just return the whole printer combo as I don’t want to deal with Creality anymore, another fight because “unfortunately you have to request a return within 14 days” NO I contacted them within this time and they messed me about for 2 weeks.
So EVENTUALLY they agreed I could return the whole lot for (nearly) a full refund, lost about £40 but I don’t want to deal with Creality anymore. Still waiting on refund atm, have had to chase them 3 times to ask if they’ve recieved the return and today they actually confirmed they gave it and my refund will take 2-10 days.
Overall terrible experience, the K2 is not great and I’ve now taken my business to another company and their printers are perfect. Would not recommend any Creality product to be honest, customer service is terrible and so are the printers. I actually started on a Creality Ender but had so much trouble with that it was also returned. Now have 2 printers from another company that are perfect.
