Terrible Service.

Terrible Service.

Placed an order in July, It's now September and I still don't have my part.

After 3 weeks of my order still being in processing, I asked for a refund, and got excuses. It finally shipped the end of August.

I paid extra for quicker shipping ($8.99 via 4PX or Other Express( 7-12 Days), so far it has been In transit (18 Days).

Don't use this company I won't ever again.

Raptor 3D scanner confirms its negative online buzz.

It was a bit of a nightmare w this product so far: As a professional sculptor I'm scanning my clay sculpts in order to have them 3D printed in limited series. I managed to scan about 10 small objects w the Crealty Raptor before the - by now well known - software glitches started to surface: The scanner was no longer connecting w any of my 5 high-tech devices (including Apple Macbook Pro and desktop PC). It's been at the dealer now for about a month with no results.

Not professionals nor care about…

Not professionals nor care about customers.

I got a raptor that I cant use because of a Windows Update and all creality did in 3 months since this bug appeared was to ask its customers to either uninstall the windows update (security updates, which sooner or later you would have to install aniway; also, they became part of others updates so its impossible to uninstall those right now) or format your pc.

They didnt work at any fix so far, they didnt care.

It will be the last product I'll ever buy from this company, I'll point every potential customer somewhere else and let them know how unprofessional they are.

After 23 years of loyal activity on eBay, I find myself forced to leave this platform. My experience, which I will share, might encourage many others to do the same. I sold a NEW laser, I emphasize, NEW, in England. The buyer, after requesting installation instructions through eBay messaging, took several days due to his inexperience. At the end of November, a dispute begins: the buyer complains that the item is not as described, showing a scratch on the profile and some marks on the plastic tool container. The lasers? Perfect.

I explained that those minor damages were clearly due to the assembly, but to no avail. I would like to emphasize that I had even sold the item below cost. And how does it end? eBay sides with the buyer. My loss? 150 euros for shipping, plus 220 euros for the return. Not only have I lost over 400 euros in shipping costs, but now I have a depreciated item that I can no longer sell as new.

After 23 years of honorable sales on eBay, I've learned that just one complaint can cause you to lose everything. Sellers pay taxes and commissions, eBay collects, and the seller is left bitter. I am closing my account, disappointed and bitter about the treatment received and the losses incurred.

My advice to readers: stay away from eBay. This comes from someone who has contributed to their success for over two decades. I am a person with disabilities, but I did not want to exploit this condition to elicit pity, but rather to emphasize that, despite the challenges, I have always conducted my activities with honesty and integrity.

E come si conclude? eBay dà ragione all'acquirente. La mia perdita? 150 euro per la spedizione, più 220 euro per il ritorno. Non solo ho perso oltre 400 euro in spese di spedizione, ma ora ho un oggetto deprezzato che non posso più vendere come nuovo.

Dopo 23 anni di vendite onorate su eBay, ho scoperto che basta una contestazione per perdere tutto. I venditori pagano tasse e commissioni, eBay incassa, e il venditore rimane con un amaro in bocca. Chiudo il mio account, deluso e amareggiato per il trattamento ricevuto e per le perdite subite.

Consiglio a chi legge: state alla larga da eBay. Questo è il consiglio di uno che ha contribuito al loro successo per oltre due decenni. Sono una persona con disabilità, ma non ho voluto sfruttare questa mia condizione per suscitare pietà, bensì per sottolineare che, nonostante le sfide, ho sempre condotto le mie attività con onestà e integrità.

A zero accountability company

If you get a working printer consider yourself lucky. Otherwise you are on your own. The customer service is non-existent.

Got Creality 3D printer for my son in December 2023. We assembled it and tried - the bed did not heat up. Contacted Creality support. In a week or so they got back to me advising to check a voltage selector!

We opened the printer up an found a loose wire. After we attached it, the printer started working. I hope it lasts.

In short you will be dealing with a zero accountability company.

Rude and Unprofessional Communication from Creality 3D

On September 20, 2023, I made a purchase of the "CREALITY Original 2KG Ender-3 S1 3D Printer PLA Filament 1.75mm" from Creality3D aliexpress store for €34.02 with the understanding that it included free shipping to Cyprus.

However, I encountered a highly frustrating and unprofessional conversation with your store representative, which transpired as follows:

Creality Store: "Your address belongs to a remote address, Logistics cannot be delivered. Please cancel the order as soon as possible. AliExpress'll give you a full refund. Update your understanding."

Me: "That is unfair."

Creality Store: "As we told you, your address logistics cannot be delivered. Got it?"

Me: "Why do you have an option to sell this product with shipping to Cyprus then? It is not my fault. You are free to cancel this order if you cannot ship it."

Creality Store: "We didn't tell you that your address can't be delivered? Is there something wrong with you? Who told you about our products in Cyprus? Our warehouse is in Europe, Germany, understand?"

Furthermore, I would like to point out that the product I attempted to purchase is still available on your store with free shipping to Cyprus, but now at an increased price of 40 EUR. Cyprus is an integral part of the European Union, and I believe that I should be entitled to the same terms and conditions as any other customer within the EU.

Awful ordered a 3d printer

Awful ordered a 3d printer, it has never worked straight out the box. Companies return policy is non existent, have sent over 30 emails asking to return the printer. They just keep asking me unbox its and try a different solution. All you get is copied and pasted responses, ordered it from the UK site and dispatch centre, have had to file a paypal claim to get the money back, creality have you over a barrel, as the returns centre is China even though it was boucht and dispatched from the UK. Would cost a fortune to send it back to China . I would avoid at all costs, am still dealing with PayPal to try and recover the money.

Brea in support worked hard and communicated with me well to help me get this issue corrected. I now have a printer printing wonderful. Thank you Brea, for all your help and extra effort on my part.

Upgraded my Endor 3 to the newest board…

Upgraded my Endor 3 to the newest board and touch screen and had problem finding firmware. Creality 3D was great at getting me to the right place and helping with the firmware. Got my machine up and running in no time. I wish all companies cared about there customers as Creality does. Keep up the good work Creality. I now own a Creality Endor 3, halot-one and a halot-light. Cr -10 is next on the list.

Love Creality 3d! Bree in customer service provides excellent support!

I have purchased two machines from Creality3d. A CR-10 V2 and recently a CR-10s Pro V2. In both cases the machines were exactly as described and I couldn’t be more pleased with these printers. The second machine was clearly designated as used but carried the full Creality one year warranty. When I needed assistance with this machine, Bree in customer service was excellent. She communicated frequently and fully resolved my problems within two days.
I have three 3D printers, all Creality. Their community Is huge and with the exceptional service received from Bree in customer support, I cannot imagine purchasing any other brand.

Sent a box of junk.

All good. Delivery a little long, 10 days to send the package and 8 days to receive it after. Received the printer damaged but I immediately contacted the support which is very responsive. The team sent me new parts to replace the damaged ones and the printer works fine now.
