I ordered Creality Hyper PLA
I ordered Creality Hyper PLA, tested it, dreadful quality, dreadful result, no faster than basic PLA, I requested a refund, instead they ignored this and sent a second roll. Now sat on two useless rolls of Hyper PLA. They won't supply a return address in the UK, despite buying from what looks like a UK site, and after a week of no movement on PayPal claim, left this right up until the last day to respond, to further spin this claim out longer... I will never buy another roll of anything they sell, it's rubbish quality, and be aware, when you buy this from what you think is a UK seller, they are not, their address is here
( Shenzhen Zhongchuang 3D Technology Co., Ltd.
Floor 4, Building 2, Kedar Group Center Building, No. 168 Tongsha Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, C2, 518129)
This will cost you £38 to send 1 x roll here, they have warehouses in the UK of course, one in London and one in Leicester, good luck trying to obtain those addresses.. So, they have you over a barrel, nobody in the right mind is going to pay £38 for an item costing £24
My setup is a Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro, Creality Sonic Pad... Never had any issues with eSun or Anycubic... Avoid Hyper PLA in the brand of the very make of the machine they sell, the hardware is great, but their Hyper PLA is possibly the worst filament I have ever used. The customer service lacks the understanding of UK Consumer Rights, so you are banging your head against a wall. They sent me a G-Code file to test the filament, however, I have no idea what that file is, and I 100% won't be messing my fine tuned printer up to test anything. I used the setting recommended by what was on the roll, and this should have been enough to see a fast result, instead of the gloop finish it did.
Eventually, PayPal also decided this company is a shambles and refunded my payment. I have since binned the product as it is not worth sending back. Creality, you make wonderful hardware, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You will never receive any repeat business from me.
Forget customer service
The printer I got, for now, works fine. The sales department and costumer service were appalling thou. If I could give them a zero, I would. A simple delivery instruction (made following their own guidelines) was ignored - "Leave the parcel at my door. It can't be seen from the street and I have a doorbell camera". How hard was it to instruct Australia Post with that? Xiaomi did it. Customer service, when I complained about it, brushed me off by basically saying, "Sorry for your inconvenience. We can't do anything". What a joke! No wonder everybody says that "from Creality you can only move up in 3D printing".
Week without Customer Service reply
I bought a Halot Mage from them last week and nothing I do will get prints to stick to the build plate, I reached out to their customer service team and it took nearly a week for a response, followed by 4-5 days until their next reply and it has been over a week now and still nothing back from them. Gonna pursue a refund and buy a working resin printer from Elegoo instead
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. No cancel button on their website. I talked with customer service just after I purchased them but they couldn't cancel it and I still got the package.
Max Neo defective out of the box
Purchased the Ender 3 Max Neo and it was defective in more ways than one right out of the box. Thermal runaway immediately and spent hours troubleshooting with customer support. Then they sent a new thermistor that was too short to fit. They then sent me a return label and I shipped it back. It's now been two weeks and they simply say "sales is working on it". Sales? It's an EXCHANGE!
The customer service has been horrible! Do not buy any Creality products directly from Creality or just buy another brand. Fairly certain I'm out $340.00. Expensive lesson.
DO NOT BUY!!! PIECE OF CRAP!!!
I just got my Ender 3 S1 Pro on Friday. This is Tuesday morning and it already broke down. The entire unit reboots itself 2 seconds after entering the print menu on the touch screen. I contacted Creality via their online chat and the b***h has the nerve to tell me to calm down after telling me to take the thing apart and check the motherboard with a multimeter. WTH, am I supposed to service this piece of crap myself? I am returning this junk to the reseller and NEVER buying from Creality again.
>$400 brick
I purchased this machine in November 2022 for >$400. When searching my orders on my account, I cannot return this product anymore and do not have the option. The last thing the Creality support told me was...."..you bought this on Amazon....return it there."
Need to ask another question???....open a new chat window (or series of incognito windows) and hope they answer your question(s) in an all-in-one single answer/instance/time.
I gathered all of my information regarding serial & order numbers, uploaded pictures of my device's QR codes, submitted support requests via chat, sent various emails and I still cannot print. They respond by pasting a URL of an article that does not apply then closes your support request and moves on without verification.
There is no USA phone number to call. I have 3 (4 now) different support chat support windows open right now and have been open for since around 8 AM (it is now 1:34 PM). i am a well seasoned cyber security guy by day and am very able to troubleshoot this printer.

You should really, really think twice before a Creality purchase. Their support is...you might as well have a brick for a printer WHEN in malfunctions.

My current issue array is:
1. refuses to read ANY SD card (printed 1 time/thing/item/print for all eternity)
2. tried 3 different brand new Lexar SD cards formatted as requested (FAT 32 - 4096 bytes per sector) and the printer will not read .stl, .gcode, .bin or any files you place on the card for firmware or printing.
3. Hours resulting in weeks of energy & time spent researching articles, videos, support forums, chats, and emails.
4. When you attempt to contact support via chat, you enter a queue, I was waiting for several hours and then finally the last screenshot up there is what I was left with, "Chat support windows closes".
Avoid
False Advertisement of printers, poor quality, and they don't honor any return policies. Customer service is rude through their emails with week long response times. Typical Chinese quality and attitude I guess. Avoid at all costs. Out $1k.
DO NOT BUY
Purchased the printer for my son for Christmas. It worked one month! He had purchased numerous parts to make it work, spending more money on an already brand new 3D printer. Crealty wrote through Amazon on how to fix it and nothing worked. I have continuously written them through any site I can and they have done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They even stopped responding. Crealty took my $400 on a crappy built piece of equipment and then blew me off. I feel sick that I spent this much money on a gift that was garbage and never fully worked. To know the customer service is this awful, really makes me sick. I have never experienced service this awful. I will continue to pursue this until someone helps make this thing work. I can’t believe how awful this entire experience has been on such an expensive product. Where is the goodness in this world?!
I bought an Ender 3 v2 Neo, big mistake
I bought an Ender 3 v2 Neo, big mistake
The rollers have flat spots on all 3 axis, not good for a brand new printer
When I ask how to return it they just keep sending videos on how to level the bed and un clog the hot end.
They totally avoid any question of returning it.
Also ordered PLA which never arrived.
I bought a CR10 Smart that is not so smart
I bought a CR10 Smart. It did not work right out of the box. The printer goes through the self leveling process, however when I try to print, the hot end is so close to the bed that the filament can't come out. I have tried adjusting the Z axis adjustment from 0.25mm up to the max at 1.5mm and the hot end still is so close to the bed the filament can't come out. Through all of this Creality says there is nothing wrong with the printer.
Crap
After months od trying to make it work, I was finally fed up and ended up destroying the whole printer by kicking it and forcefully breaking the frame and everything else out of frustration. I had cr 10s pro. This company has no existent quality control. In retrospect I realized I basically built another whole printer by purchasing and changing all the broken components. Avoid it like a plague.
Just do yourself a favour and avoid
Just do yourself a favour and avoid. Awful customer service. Sent a completely broken machine and they are refusing to help or refund £400 down and 30 emails later and no closer to a resolution. At this point it's a scam.
I've had 4 Creality machines
I've had 4 Creality machines, ALL of which have had issues and that mean serious downtime. How they are able to operate in Australia is beyond me. I got lucky and got my money back on a dodgy CR10 Smart. I have watched as my first Ender 3 MAX died (that's scrap) an Ender 3 MAX NEO that's still on the workbench after having virtually all electronics parts replaced. It has barely done 400 hours. Next I have a cantankerous CR6se that only prints when it feels like it. I've had to cop it on the chin, moving over to Anycubic was a breath of fresh air. I've got a Phonton Mono X resin, Vyper anf Kobra Plus. 3D modelling is my main retirement hobby - I'm a disability pensioner and I don't want to be constantly tinkering with the machines. They are, after all, only one step in the modelling process.
The worst customer service one could…
The worst customer service one could provide. the people act as robots and continue to ignore the problem to try and point the blame on you. The scanner I bought from a third party is missing components and I've been almost 2 weeks trying to get in comunication with someone to help. I have been pushed around to two different departments.
CR10S pro lost a lot of money and bad service on Aliexpress
my CR10-S pro was not working proper. ALl kinds of things went wrong from burning cables and other things
Because it takes time to test the printer proper I had to send it back all the way to China with a package I worked on for 2 days it was sent back to me
I spent over 800 euro on a lot of Filament and the printer costed 550 back then. It has been in pieces in a corner all these years.
I'm still sick of it when I see it
Don't expect any customer support
Ordered a Ender 3 S1 Pro printer from their UK store, it arrived but the extruder was faulty so I have been dealing with their customer support to get a replacement. Note there is no customer support in the UK or office in the UK to contact. Communication via e-mail was.... difficult but eventually they agreed to send a replacement. I have been waiting for close to a month for the replacement, it still hasn't arrived. I am trying to get them to find out what's going on but communication again is.... well.. not responsive etc. By now I just want to return the printer and get my money back but this seems like you have to ship it back to China (?). There does not seem to be a return address in the UK. The printer has been sitting in a box for more than a month. I am fed up. Do not buy from them unless you want to take the gamble.
Constant Email Harassment
Put one thing in my cart only to find out they don't ship to my area in Canada. That's fine, totally understandable. What isn't ok is emailing me nonstop for the next 24 hours despite me unsubscribing twice and blocking them once yet they still managed to email me even after all of that. Leave me alone.
Bought e5 pro as my first printer
Bought e5 pro as my first printer. After a month of not getting past two layers and the printer kept stopping (as well as only a 15 day warranty) I have given up and made the mistake of buying another creality printer that was supposed to be beginner friendly.
When I received my e3s1 in the mail I unboxed it, set it up, and made four prints very nicely before my thermistor took a sh#t.
I can deal with a little research on fixes but customer service is a week minimum behind and it shouldn't be this way when people spend hundreds of dollars on something like this.
I'm done with this company and will never buy another printer again. rarely have regrets on things I buy, but this I definitely do.
Not user friendly and would not recommend to anyone unless you have a background in computer programming, cad programs, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Creality support is a nightmare
The instruction manual that came with my Ender 3 S1 Pro was completely useless. If 3D printing is new to you then I strongly suggest finding someone that can help with the basics. I spent a couple of weeks trying to communicate with tech support when the machine arrived and wouldnt work. They dont speak English and I dont speak Chinese. The literature that comes with the machine is completely useless. Its incomplete, confusing and in broken English-Chinese. If you use the chat feature on the Creality web page help feature its Chinese. The only help in the USA that I could find is a California distributor and they dont answer phones and refer you back to the Creality web page again. I eventually got it working after many hours of research on the internet but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with customer support on a $500 dollar purchase. That speaks volumes when you consider Im 68 years old and have purchased a lot of items in my lifetime. The machine works well though if you can ever get it running.
