Great customer service, reached contact on WhatsApp. Received email updates every step. Was conscious that I ordered on Thursday and it wouldn’t arrive on Saturday due to bank holiday Friday. Contact went the extra mile and advised he sent it for Saturday delivery at no extra cost to me. Received on Saturday morning nice and early.

I won’t be ordering any more £5.95 for next day delivery Evan though it don’t get delivered next day 3 days later both times .. can’t email them to ask for delivery fee and the phone numbers fake !!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting il be taking my custom else wear pleantey of others available!!

Instead of replying, they simply canceled my order! The reason given was ‘customer request’—ridiculous and rude! But at least I got a refund.

I was a bit worried, after reading the reviews on here but I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. This guys are unreal, I received my order the next day before 10am. Perfectly packaged, and full. Please don’t be put off by the other reviews. Their prices are the best I’ve found and I can’t fault them. I’ve placed my second order and they have now gained a returning customer. Thank you guys!

No response to any emails and have not received my $160 order. SCAM

Took my money, no delivery and no response. No idea how they haven't been shut down can see others have had same problem, my own fault should have checked here first. Avoid.

Quality of the products is perfect compared to other sellers. Customer service was extremely helpful in helping me choose the best product for me. With great service and a speedy delivery I will definitely keep ordering from here in the future.

Scam

Ordered on July 6th and its now the 26th of November. I've emailed several times with no response and no refund.

The products are perfectly good, but I’ve ordered Saturday delivery on a Friday twice now, and it didn’t turn up until the Tuesday. And no-one responded to any of my emails or messages.

Theives. Do not buy from company. Selling faulty goods with no returns. I bought 5 boxes of cream charges. About 10 had gas in it. Will also be reporting you to my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is scam I didn’t received my order and since a month l am still waiting my refund

I ordered 10 boxes of moas chargers and I would say about 40% of them had gas in them, customer service is literally nonexistent, would highly recommend NOT using this company!!

I ordered 6 chargers for a specific event my company was running. It was advertised as next day delivery.
sadly the chargers didn't arrive in time (I would have ordered from any of the other supplier as many of them do next day delivery) I am now having problems getting a refund from cream chargers.
Personally I wont use this company again

Ordered 6 N20 fast gas cylinders. Only 4 came in the box with the box completely ripped open when delivered. And one of the tanks had no gas in it. Have emailed the company and rang the number on website, have had no correspondence what so ever. This parcel was delivered by DPD I have already been in contact with DPD and they’ve advised me that this parcel was already damaged when delivering. Do not order from this website as customer service is atrocious. Completely Robbed paid for 6 cylinders and only received 3 as one was empty.

Made an order 3 days ago saying it would arrive next day and all now nothings been posted and can’t even contact them anywhere. Seems like a scam

I made an order on the 5th paying for next day delivery it’s now the 11th and my order hasn’t came. I tried using the contact form and to my surprise this doesn’t work and the contact number they have doesn’t work neither. There’s no email address to contact them. Absolutely disgraceful customer service please avoid!
