Found a coupon for a puffco peak that led me to their site. I ordered and was charged for shipping. After I completed the transaction I noticed orders over 100$ got free shipping. I sent a single email and within an hour I got a notification of a refund, before I even got the email. As mentioned, there was a delay in shipping. I did get information in an email telling me that it would be 5-10 business days before a tracking number would be available, so I didn't sweat it. Tracking came 10 days later and 3 days later I signed for it. Thanks for the smooth transaction.

I bought a Mighty from these guys about a month ago and it has changed my life. Saving a ton of money on flower. My Mighty came in about a week.

I had a order and really there was a mix-up and it was not a big deal and I'm a patient person and the employee was new and I've been in his shoes but really the ceo called me and told me that like he was apologizing overnighting it and we had a good conversation but really the level of like customer service and attention to detail and the ceo calling to apologize and understanding any frustration and not downplaying it

but like resolving the issue and being very like throw and good and like our conversation and everything else that was discussed will be using them for everything in the future

they took my credit card info and charged $52 to my bank account, but never bothered to obtain any of their required id verification in order to validate the order. iow, they've processed a charge for an order that they've identified as unverified. now they dont respond to my emails and will not ship the order i have paid for. its not the $52 hassle, its the further delay and wasting my time for no reason.

Absolutely phenomenal level of customer service. Due to a shipping error on the shop app, I Received my Puffco Peak pro a day after scheduled day on shop app. I absolutely love it. Cream City had the absolute best price points. To top it all off I got a call from the CEO himself apologizing for the confusion and sent me a pack of free terp pearls! Couldn’t get any better!

This company is literally, hands down, the greatest of all time! The customer service is out of this world, and the deals are the best you can find! I’ve placed several orders with them already and have never been disappointed. They’ve got a customer for life right here!

I ordered a puffco peak Pro a couple weeks back. I was going out of town and didn’t want it sitting on my porch but the price was so good I had to get it. They held it at the warehouse for me till I got back in town then sent it. I was uneasy because the price was so good and it had been so long that I had bought it until I actually had it in my possession and it took UPS a xtra day to scan and register they had it. I was blowing up their customer service. Alex with customer service answered me every time and let me know where it was every step of the way. Dan, the owner even called me to reassure me and see what he could do for me. I got my puffco. Their customer service was awesome. I’ve verified with a few people on Reddit who had the same concerns and CCV came through for them also. They seem to just be some good guys trying to give a good price on Vape stuff- I highly recommend them and even turned around and bought a terp pen- and will look to them for my future Vape toys .

I ordered the Arizer Extreme Q and it was at my door in 2 days. AWESOME! I have not had the pleasure of speaking with anyone from customer service but I feel like if I need to that it will be a good experience based on the reviews. They are a legit company with great prices. They have Clearance Items and Open Box Items too and they price match as well and they plant a tree for every product SOLD !

have ordered multiple times off the website and always have gotten prompt service and normally quick shipping, the only time there was a delay they gave a heads up on what was going on right away and kept me in the loop the entire time. super helpful via email or in discord

Finding tops for my puffco peak in Canada is impossible! I was recommended to CreamCity Vapes and omg. Customer service is on point. I’ve spent way too much money with them. So happy they have such a selection of peak parts. I’ve never had a company offer to fix something I never got from them for free. After receiving my first order(of glass) the vibrating in my peak died, I sent them a message to ask about their repair service and they told me to send it to them and they’ll fix it and cover it for me. I’ve never had a company reach out and offer to fix something I never purchased from them. I was fully prepared to pay them to fix it. I look forward to my brand new peak getting here so I can send this one off to them to fix and add the lighting feature! Thank you for taking care of us always. The giveaways in the discord everyday are amazing! They also do Instagram giveaways! Right now there’s a dab rite! Don’t enter. I want to win.

Hands down one of the best customer service companies I’ve ever dealt with. Great product selection, but the best customer service!!! I’ve been a repeat customer and will continue to be because these are good guys that deserve everyone’s business.

Ordered a few things and had a few questions. Reached out to customer service and they were awesome. Answered all my questions and double checked my shipping to make sure it got out that day. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic customer service

CCV always goes above and beyond. Each transaction is a pleasure, and their selection of goods is great!

This is my 3rd edit and it's not the I got my device and am super happy with it edit i wanted it to be. So I am beyond the 3-5 day delay they mentioned and have been sitting on a shipping confirmation since the 24th but CCV says UPS has it and mentioned a problem with UPS tracking until Monday. UPS appeared to be pretty confident that there are no such outtages and the shipper is lying. Either way it sucks because im clueless about the whereabouts of my $350 device.
*** Just an observation but it's very sketchy how people are giving 5 star reviews and commenting on the customer service that they didn't utilize but are sure would have been phenomenal. These are supposed to be reviews on services you have utilized, not to show brand loyalty and contradict verified users.***

saved on both a Volcano Hybrid and Mighty Vape. Best deal, by far, on the net. Both arrived quickly and in perfect shape. Their prices were so low I literally feared they were not legit. I won a giveaway back in January for some accessories but never got any info after the fact. I waited about a month to contact them to which they responded very quickly. They said that it was a miscommunication and they would talk to the shipping department about it and I left it at that. A month later i recontacted them and then Dan messaged me back apologizing about what happened. He proceeded to package everything up that instant, sent pictures of the package, then next day aired it out to me! I got everything said in the giveaway and a few extra goodies for the mishap. Honestly, Dan is a stand up character, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the giveaway. Many other places would do giveaways just to gain followers but never follow thru with giving the product. CCV is different. Bless them
