Very bad service
Very bad service! I ordered 2 radiator, they never delivered, after 6 weeks I’m still waiting for my refund….😡😡
I really enjoyed the product, but...
I really enjoyed the product. But 6 months later my kettle broke. I don't mind it when a product breaks, so long as the process to get this fixed is easy. This is where my frustration with Create comes in:
- On their website, under "Help and Contact", I don't see any place for contact. All I see is the help section, which consists of many FAQs
- I have now entered the form to complain about the defects twice because after entering all the information - explanations, photos, videos, etc - the final "send" button (to send it for review) doesn't work. This was INCREDIBLY frustrating.
Now, because the form is broken, and I only see FAQs, I have no idea how to get intouch with Create to solve this problem. And obviously, I'm stuck scratching my head whether to give up hot water for, who knows how long, or waste money on another kettle temporarily until something is figured out. This is what brings me here.

No customer service details on website
I’ve ordered a product, since the beginning of January. Delivery was supposed to be 4-6 days. I can’t seem to find details to get in contact with their customer service. I read their responses to other complaints that you can get into contact with them through e-mail and WhatsApp. Where can we find that information? It’s not on the website. Please share the WhatsApp number. I already regret ordering from Create.

Do not buy - Awful customer service
Do not buy - Terrible customer service with Create Spain. Bought BBQ KAMADO for my husband for Christmas during Black Friday. We opened it a few days after Christmas, and reported that the deflector plate arrived broken. Create refuses to fix this issue, because I did not report the issue within 2-weeks of receiving the item, which is impossible for Christmas presents.
They are now not responding to my emails.

I ordered a towel warmer a month ago. The GLS delivery service has not yet delivered. It is impossible to speak with anyone at this supplier (or email or WA) to get a refund of for them to send another one. You can send a message but you get an automated response every time.
They don't care.
I really would not buy from this supplier. One of the worst and frustrating buying experiences I have ever had.
RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM CREATE:
This is complete nonsense. Your phone number does not work - you say you are closed when I call during opening hours - and ALL of your responses are automated.
There is zero way to contact a human. No email address, no WhatsApp and your phone number doesn't work.
==>> You do not care.
Please stop lying and own your error (and fix it).

No Goods received and poor customer service
Would give less than one star if possible.
Loved the look of the goods order so I paid for the goods and they were never delivered. No way to contact the delivery firm. Difficult to contact Create NL. Finally managed via a communication from their website and lots of emails since, but no response with what happened to my order and no resolution.

They didn't reach out to me and yes there is a whatsapp link on their Spanish site, I wrote to them at the time and they said they could not deal with requests for products bought through their Dutch site and there are no contact details on NL site, just FAQ. I find this company thoroughly unreliable. They have my money and I have no product that I paid for.

Impossible to return a product
(edit - part 2)
I was able to return the product, they 'fixed' it and sent it back to me.
The problem is that the issue persists, I need to return it again for good and the website does not allow it because the 'product was already returned'.
I call customer service in Portugal and no one picks up. Customer service in Spain say they cannot help. Again, this seems to be the only way to speak to Create. Let me know how to proceed.

I want to return a product that does not work (had 1 day of usage). I did a return request in the website and I've been waiting for an answer for more than 2 weeks. It's impossible to contact this company. There is no email available in the website. The link to 'a form' takes me to the FAQ page. The link to the complaints form also takes me to the FAQ page. I call the phone number available in the website and at any time in the day I get a recorded message saying their schedule is '9am to 6pm'. I guess this is the only way I can get in contact with Create.

No response from customer service
So I received the correct product. 2 Stars for that. But the product is faulty. So I want to replace it.
But the process is super complicated and unclear. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with the product. I filed a complaint within the app but no reaction or response NOTHING!
It’s impossible to reach a help service. The „contact“ button is a JOKE! Since you end up in the FAQ section, which by the way is not the same as Contact or Help.
Would be great if there was at least a reaction to the claim.
Will return the product and never buy again. I guess it’s better to stick with bigger companies, since the small ones don’t seem to care at all. Too bad since I really liked the designs
As of now 17.1.2026 no one has reached out or replied to my filed complained. And you still haven’t given me an actual way of contacting you, since all Contact buttons lead to FAQ and not any Help options.

Portugal. Placed an order for 3 heaters. On 20-Dec. Today is 8-Jan. Status is money transfer received. They reply to no email, they do not answer the phone. Unacceptable given they say shipping out 48-72 hours. Only took our money but legally not fulfilling the online contract. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Create keep sending us emails to pay again and again to receive the coffee handle, but we paid them 9 days ago and showed the screenshots and proof of payment!!!!! This is so ridiculous. Create is a company of scammers!

I purchased a few items from this company, including a coffee machine, a year ago. The handle started peeling due to extremely poor quality after 4 months. I contacted customer service a month ago to buy a replacement part and was told to pay €17.99 via bank transfer. I did exactly as instructed and sent them the proof of payment.
Despite having the money in their account, they canceled my order, claiming it was "unpaid." This is a flat-out lie. I have sent them bank statements and proof of the transaction multiple times, but their customer service is useless and refuses to solve the issue.
They literally stole €17.99 from us. They have my money, they haven't sent the product, and they are ignoring my proof. When I chatted with them on Facebook, they confirmed receiving my emails and proof of payment, but then they sent me emails that they are waiting for my reply and that they do not recognize the payment.
It is a disgrace that such a brand behaves like a common thief. Save your money and buy from a company that actually respects its customers.

Broken fridge bought on 19th January 2025…
Bought a fridge on 19th January 2025 and last week it broke already. It doesn’t cool anymore although the light is working and it makes noises. We tried to contact Create via their official way on the homepage. Wrote another email after that- no response until now. When I read the reviews about similar cases and the horrific customer service I regret buying on the internet. I hope they will replace the broken fridge or pay the cost for a repair/spare part. There’s no phone number to find to contact somebody directly..desperate situation for such an expensive fridge!
Update: it’s always interesting that Create answers via Trustpilot directly and ignores the customers E-Mails…still no answer until now!! Still without a working fridge…
Update 2: such an unfriendly customer service - after weeks they answered with „Hello“, no name, no sorry for the circumstances, just facts, they would pick up the broken fridge but WE have to do the package. So good luck to us to find a lot of material to pack this big fridge otherwise there could be more damage and that’s our fault than…would never ever order something on create again

2nd purchase, 2nd deception
I bought 2 different milk frother. First broke within first weeks, they didn't want to refund. Bought the newer one, and the milk is barely lukewarm.
That brand is all about the looks, but quality is very bad

Rated 1 because I can’t rate 0. Utterly appalling firm and avoid at all costs. I bought an expensive wine fridge in January 2024 which has developed a fault. It is still under guarantee but I need the pallet, polystyrene and all other original packaging to send it back. Needless to say, after almost 2 years, I don’t have it, so I need to source at my own expense. Customer Services unwilling to help and it’s up to me to resolve. Fridge will be disposed of and a replacement bought from a more reputable company. Use at your own risk.
