Nearly useless
My first and only experience with this website was of failure. My search term was 'man raking leaves.' I got a few of those but even the so-called successes had only a tiny portion of the body showing. The rest of the results included men watering plants, men clipping hedges, and other irrelevant images. Waste of my time for sure.

Awful experience
Charged me for a year after my free trial which costs £144. I accidentally forgot to change it as I can get busy however I refuse to believe being one day late can cost me £144. They have a 14 day policy which allows customers to refund and get their money back however they claimed that I used premium features even though that was during the first few days of the trial period (I haven’t touched it since and not a single time since the annual plan started). So now I am £144 down because they refuse to pay me back and made claims that make no sense. Customer service was awful as well.

My largest banner purchase was unusable. I asked for the background removed and it came with a white not clear background. I called in and spoke with a very friendly and helpful agent who replaced my decal in time for my grand opening. Very happy!

The Ebay site where I used your service…
The Ebay site where I used your service said I had 30 days to cancel before my account was charged. When I went in to cancel the site would not let me. Then at only 14 days you attempted to withdraw from my account twice. Mi CU account blocked it and then the money was withdrawn through an old Crello account. Either Vista print has gone crooked, or you have a rogue employee using an old account fraudulently. Either way until $are refunded I will tell anyone that asks that you are a fraudulent company.

I was only a few hours late on…
I was only a few hours late on canceling my plan and VistaCreate will not refund my money. Based on their so far totally uncompromising attitude I would never recommend their services to anybody in the future. If you do decide to use their free trial, make sure you cancel it immediately after testing it out otherwise you will be forced to pay for a year you don't need.

They trick you to upgrade to PRO, and you lose hours of work.
You spend hours to create a design and save it. When you come back, suddenly, the design goes back to when you started, so you lose hours of work. You can contact the customer service and they will tell you ''you didn't save it. If you want to retrieve the last version you should update to the PRO subscription''

Dont pay for this crap.
Contacted tech support multiple times for an issue. I can't download anything containing premium content, even though i paid for a premium account. Sent the error to tech support a half dozen times now, each time they say they will fix it and get back to me. In total its been 5 months with no resolution. All of the free stuff works but dont waste your money.

Avoid any free trial with Vistaprint
I mistakenly took out a free trial of a useless pro upgrade to my account. I didn't cancel it in time as I only saw the payment email a day after. With no warning that the free trial was about to expire Vistaprint charged me over £140. They then refused to refund me even though I hadn't used the service after the free trial period. You would think a massive firm like Vistaprint wouldn't penny pinch like this. I would not use this firm again.
