We are currently one cycle into a multi cycle package and so far we are very happy with our treatment at Create St Paul’s.
Our patient coordinator is Isobel, and she has been wonderful. She is very prompt in replying to emails and answers our endless questions. She takes the time to explain everything to us, even double checking with the doctors if we have further questions.
She is in clinic most days that we have been there and is always available for a chat. She makes us feel very well cared for, not just another number.
Everyone we have encountered at Create has been wonderful so far, and we feel positive heading into our second round.

The company is always on time and they are helpful. They are all friendly especially the doctors and the nurse. They always welcome you thank you ❤️

Lovely staff throughout at the St Paul’s branch, but in particular the wonderful Claire who made the whole experience stress-free and gentle. Attentive, lovely, knowledgeable and kind.

The nurses are all very compassionate and knowledgeable, Stacey who does the bloods is very good and very patient with you.
The reception staff are lovely and good at thier Job. They keep to thier word and follow things through. The Doctors are all very professional at all times and keep you grounded they will always be honest with you. Sometimes it's not what you want to hear. I have complete trust in the advice and process.

Overall Create has been amazing from egg collection until transfer. However, I feel like I should’ve been given information and option to choose PGTA testing when under NHS funding. Create does not recommend PGTA testing if you are under 35 but you can still have many abnormal embryos under 35. PGTA helps me select which ones to transfer first. In my case, I paid for PGTA after my first transfer ended up in a chemical, resulting my frozen embryos having to be thawed again and this increases risk of damage. Had I been given the PGTA option I wouldn’t need to thaw my embryos twice and third time for transfer in the future. Please do consider informing NHS patients about their options as I really think this is unfair.

The team on the whole is very professional and friendly. Maria's help meant a lot along the way and I would highly recommend their services as they are truly great at making dreams come true.

I felt well looked after and supported along the way of my treatment. Everyone was empathetic and supportive throughout the whole time. I had 3 rounds of IVF with genetic testing and now I am pregnant after the first transfer. A special thank you to Dr Kulkarni and to all the staff at the clinic.

The only 'disadvantage' of such a large clinic is that you have different doctors for all appointments along the way- but I didn't mind that too much, the main thing for me was to have appointments asap and efficiently and Create was able to offer that. Would definitely recommend!

I had hard journey did two icsi cycle. First cycle failed then did second one but yes create team is amazing they are very caring and very helpful specially doctor Archana and doctor Arti as well doctor fillis. All there support and help we are now parent of child and we have more embryos in freezer too. Obviously we will try for siblings of our child when we will ready but I highly recommend creat fertility St Paul’s. They are extremely nice and helpful. Environment is very friendly there.

My husband and I are in our late 30’s and had no identifiably ‘issues’ but were unable to conceive naturally. We now have two very healthy and happy children as a result of two separate ivf treatments, 2 years apart, with Create (St Paul’s). Both were first time successes. You do feel a bit like a number when you are being treated at Create which I initially found scary and off putting however I now realise it’s their quiet confidence that actually ended up being quite reassuring. Whenever I had additional questions or forgot what to do, I would call and someone would always be there to help with a kind attitude. The facilities are clean and practitioners are very experienced. They spent extra time whenever there was anything that required a more in depth review. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through IVF and wanting a more natural medical experience

Hands down the best experience we could have asked for. Everyone was super lovely and went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel safe and looked after the entire way through our process. They checked up on us and treated every concern and question we had without delay which really made us feel at ease and calm the entire way.

Efficient in answering any questions. They learnt the cycle well and changed the treatment when needed and advised accordingly.
