I placed an order on 3/29 and sent an email today (4/5) inquiring if the order has shipped. They did respond very quickly advising that the items are back-ordered until 5/15 and "They are unfortunately, neither the guaranteed dates of arrival nor shipment and are subject to change without notice. Please keep in mind, that when the items do come in, they must still go through Quality Assurance."

I wish I'd read reviews before making a purchase as apparently the length of time for receipt of purchases is a known issue. Hoping the quality of the items exceeds the reviews!

It would have been tremendously appreciated to have received proactive notification that the items were on back-order instead of having to reach out to them first. Lacking in Service Excellence.

I ordered a pants suit and was sent two pairs of pants and not jacket. I have returned the pants and asked for my ordered blazer. I just hope they honor my request. After reading all of the negative reviews, I am not certain I will receive it. My credit card company will take action if this can not be resolved. I do hope this experience teaches me a lesson not to order from an unknow company.

I paid $30 for a blouse. Returned it and received $18 refund
Ridiculous. Never order from them again.

Ordered 5 items in 1 order. Received numerous email messages "Merchandise has been shipped"..

Today, I received an email "merchandise shipped", followed 26 minutes later with a "Sorry, your merchandise is no longer available, a refund has been issued"..

Unfortunately, IF I receive the 2 items - 'someday' THIS will be my last shopping experience with Creation L. Sad, the catalog and online merchandise looked nice.

I ordered 15 shirts and 2 pants. I really like everything I ordered. I ordered a size up in the shirts just incase. Most of the shirts are t shirts and jerseys. 2 sweaters and 1 sweatshirt. I've recommended this store to several friends. Please give them a try. I'm a real person writing this.

I’m glad I didn’t have the experience that some of the others had..I didn’t read reviews either..but ordered..everything I bought,I loved..my blouses were as pictured,every one of them..they came within 10 days.. I was fine with that.. I will order again..I’m hoping I continue with my experience rather than some of the others!😬😬

After reading reviews, decided more were positive so I ordered one pair of jeans, two tops. After a period of time, was informed that items will be coming from warehouse in Germany. Was not informed of this ahead of time or maybe I would have hesitated to order. After about 6 weeks, I received my items. Jeans were way too large, tops too small, cheesy looking material Nice present for Goodwill.

Ordered the paisley a line dress. Piece of junk. Flimsy material and shapeless. Looks like it came from a bargain basement. Don't waste your money.

I just had a similar poor experience with Just Fashion Now. They don't tell you that they are located in Hong Kong. You find out when you want to return their cheap imitations of the pictures you see. Prohibitively expensive to return to China--costs more than items. CreationL probably gets their clothing from China, thus the long waits. I simply disputed the charge with my credit card company rather than hassle with returning to China and never get any money back anyway. That ensured me a full refund. Offered to return clothes to China with a prepaid shipping label. Company declined and said I could keep the clothes. Good Will here I come!

Orders took a long time. Clothing not made in US All clothing is not like the pictures. Returned my entire order. Was received Wating for credit.
Will be returing second order...

I couldn't even log on to the sight so I decided to read the reviews. Thank you everyone for saving me the headache. I'll toss this and any future catalogs

I had a great experience. I had placed my order before I read all the negative reviews. I was thinking of cancelling but it shipped within a week of placing the order. The 3 tops I ordered arrived quickly. The materials for returns were straight forward and included a pre-paid shipping label and were not as some reviews described. The tops themselves are excellent quality. I am very impressed with the white draped neck top which is so substantial that it is not see through. Although I read that items were fine until they were washed, my tops came out of the laundry still in excellent condition. I can't explain all the negative reviews but I will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered two dresses, very pretty. Upon receiving them, they were Nothing like what I had ordered. In fact they were so horrible (everything about them) that I threw them in the trash. After reading the reviews on this company I am positive this is the same one I had ordered from before. How do they stay in business?

I will not be using this company again. The items that arrived, are nothing like the pictures in the catalogue. Poorly finished work on the clothes, and the fabric is not good.

I purchased a jacket but received a vest approximately 3 months later
Thinking they were from Florida
Evidently there merchandise is not
Waiting for my jacket it said it was in Germany
Finally when I did receive it
It was not a jacket at all but only a vest
though the paperwork said jacket
Very disappointing
I filled out the paperwork and I sent along the vest back to them
Package was delivered to them as my tracking number on the USPS said it was received Nov 6, 2021 @ 1:14pm

They got their merchandise back

I think this is a company that changes its name when they start getting oodles of complaints. They were named SAYHEY and located in Hong Kong when I ordered. I purchased clothing from them on 4-27-2020 and they were too small, crappy and cheap clothing. I was unable to reach them for a return label and/or instructions. I went & returned all but one T-shirt and I never did get a refund for my balance which was $157.23. They have the clothes back and my money too which I know I will never see. Please beware of this type of company!!!!

I ordered 4 tops waited for several weeks to show 3 were delivered. They were poor quality and to small. I returned using their postal return label waited 2 months and called. They said they never received them so I checked with carrier and they were delivered to an Los Angeles. So got back with them and they said unfortunately they were out of Florida!! So reading some of these reviews I see their orders were shipped to Los Angeles and then to them. Not sure where to go next I even paid for return shipping. Oh and the last top took 4 months to get here and it doesn't fit either. Grr

Order arrived quickly and love the tops and the fit. One is backordered which isn't unusual for online shopping. I have sent a second order and look forward to receiving it.

Ordered a shirt, was backordered for three months. Seemed outrageous but to be honest, the shirt is beautiful and much better than pictured. Sizing is perfect.

It is so beautiful that a family member asked me to order one for them. That was four months ago. Just received another backorder notice. These kinds of delays are just not ok.

I understand the pandemic has items delayed but perhaps...just perhaps...don't advertise items you do not have in stock, and don't have a solid arrival date to relay.

If I were to purchase an item to wear in the summer, it appears I'd have to purchase it in the winter, using this company.

If this was made clear in the catalog or on the site, I would not complain. But it is *not* made clear.

I now wonder if I will ever receive the item or if my family member will still be alive to wear it (this is an elderly person, after all).
