Easy to use daily, my scalp feels better and my hair looks a bit fuller after a few weeks.

Been using the ruby consistently for around 6-7 weeks. I 've started noticing some baby hairs around my hairline which is encouraging. The massage is probably my favorite part it just feels really good and helps me unwind. Going to stay consistent with it hoping to see new growth on my crown soon.

Terrible company. Their customer service is terrible. I bought their bundle and only recieved some of the products after 4 months. Their customer service sometimes answers, and when they do they just tell you to wait or can't do anything. The machine also has not done anything for me (25 male). Avoid this company and its products everywhere.

though the product may be good, it just was not a right fit for me. The true issue is them not responding so I can do my 90 day moneyback guarantee. It seems like they are trying to run out the time.

I was diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia and had been dealing with thinning hair for a few years and my doctor suggested trying the Ruby brush so I decided to add it to my routine. To be honest the first month was discouraging, I didn’t notice much of a difference and questioned whether it was worth continuing. I almost stopped but figured hair changes usually take time so I stuck with it. Around week six or seven I started seeing a few small baby hairs along my hairline, nothing dramatic but enough to feel like something was happening. Now about seven months in my hair looks a bit fuller especially around my part and the areas that were thinning. It’s not a miracle transformation but it does feel healthier and slightly denser than before. If you’re dealing with hair loss consistency and patience really matter, results aren’t instant and they’ll probably vary from person to person but for me sticking with it made a difference.

Just like the review stated previously, I have reached out to their support team multiple times and the only response after a couple of days was that my request will be forwarded to their manager, and that I will get a response in 24 hours. It has been 3 weeks since then and I have kept bugging them but still no response. All the posts on Reddit about the Ruby brush are all fabricated. I dug deeper and if you were to click on the profile that made positive comments about this brush, they’re either suspended or the account was freshly made right before posting the comment. I’ve realized too late this is a fraud company, and am writing this in hopes that people will stop falling for their schemes.

I have requested a refund address 5 times via email, but only received a reply saying they will get back to me after 24 hrs. This was 2 weeks ago. I guess 24 hrs means something different to different people.

I wanted my money back because i get a headache every time i used this wand. Tried doing it every other day, but didnt help.

I guess they stall their answer so they dont need to honor their 90-day money back guarantee.

They lost a customer and hopefully others will think twice before buying from them.

This product stopped working after a week. Customer service will not issue and refund or placement. They have blocked me from social media and deleted all my reviews. Do not purchase this item.

I have been using the Ruby red light brush since October of 2025. I use the brush every day and apply serum. There is a slight improvement mostly with the strength of the hair I have. I wish there was more of a cap rather than a brush for easier use.
As it turns out, customer service is not good.

Honestly didn’t think I would see any results. Finally just now started to see baby hairs around my hair line. Took about 7 weeks which was longer then expected but I’m glad I stayed consistent with it

Started noticing increased hair shedding & thinning at the crown related to perimenopause & post Covid. I was not ready to rely on a daily medication so I thought the Ruby brush & serum sounded like a good option! I have been using for 5 months now, average 4-5 times a week & started noticing a good amount of new growth after 3 months. You definitely need to stay consistent & be patient. Overall I have been pleased with the investment- the serum is very nice, not greasy at all & you don’t need much. I will continue using in combo with vitamins & shampoo targeted at this issue.

My product came defective which I wasn't happy about but they sent me a new one for free along with a bottle of their shampoo. Customer service was great. Looking forward to using the products 

A month in my hair feels much more healthy

I am only 2 weeks in so i cant report much but my shedding is much less now, specifically in the shower. Hoping to see new growth soon

Really impressed with Ruby — loved it! I’ve been using it for about a month now and I’m already seeing positive changes. My hair has been feeling thicker, healthier, and shedding way less.

I have mixed feelings about products like this. I got the ruby brush back in june and ive been using it at least 3 days a week since. Some weeks 5 times. I have seen new growth around my hair line and crown area. It just annoying to keep using. I feel thats like anything though, consistency is what makes things work so I guess its fine.

The quality of the ruby brush is super nice. I am upset though that the serum came broken in the mail. Probably UPS’s fault to be fair but still. They are sending me a new one which was nice of them

Horrible company never received my product. No one responds back to me. It’s been a year. All I want is my refund for the product haven’t received either. They’re a total scam. Don’t waste your money or your time.
