do not buy from this company - ever

do not buy from this company - they are not honest

they make out their hats are available for sale in france but then they ship them direct from china instead of within france as they seem to suggest on their website

further more the delicate straw hat we ordered was sent in a thin jiffy bag badly taped up with ( can you believe it) the brims bent upwards to make it fit into a bag that was too small so its completely ruined

how stupid can you get - why they dont ship it flat in a thick protective cardboard box is beyond me

all in all this is a terrible company and the purchase is a disaster

be warned - subject to update below

update - after much going back and forth and complaining we received a full refund eventually - took a few weeks

i still dont understand how a hat company can send out a hat in that poor broken state but to their credit they did refund which for a chinese based operation with a european front end is rare
