Better info needed
Detailed delivery communications, great product. Lost a star as there were no instructions (even on the website) so needed advice from customer service, which took a couple of emails but was excellent once they responded.

This company has such a wide variety of lighting components enabling you to customise a light fitting to your design needs. Good quality products and delivery is made on the date/time given. This will always be my go to supplier for lighting fittings and cables.

Atrocious company
Based out of Europe, attempting to create an international brand, these people are an absolute joke of an operation.
Their order delivery times are so slow it will arrive after you die.
Their message reply times are so slow they've reverted to a time before communication existed.
I would call them imbeciles but they'll probably believe I meant the lovable marine mammals.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Where do I start... Placed the order and waited. Two weeks later, nothing. I emailed them and they said they have some website issues and they missed the order. They said it will be sent right away. A week later, still nothing. Emailed again and they sent me a random tracking number claiming the order has been shipped. When confronted, they went on and start processing my order (I started getting confirmation emails). I asked them for a refund and I am yet still to recover my money.
By all means, use ebay as any seller is far more professional and serious about their business than this company;)

A great product which works well
A great product which works well. Had it a couple of weeks so a reasonable test.
Documentation was non existent but all on line. It would be useful to put just a slip of paper in with the product to point the purchaser to the website.

Nice looking product. Some practical issues.
UK website but product shipped from Italy hence delivery times.
Ordered 3 products
1. Wooden ceiling rose. Lovely item, looks great. Note that this doesn't, unlike the standard plastic roses from B&Q/Screwfix, include any electrical connections. You'll need to buy WAGO connectors, or similar, to connect to mains power - not expensive.
2. Rope flex. Lovely item, looks great. Easy to trim to length.
3. Wooden lamp holder. Looks great but the threaded diameter is approx 38mm (vs usual 25mm for the plastic ones from B&Q / Screwfix) so not suitable if your lampshade hole is less than c40mm. Hence couldn't use it with my existing shade & bought a standard UK-spec plastic one from local DIY store.

Disappointed with product
Disappointed with product, not able to exchange or return and poor customer service.
I ordered two concrete effect Rose One system ceiling roses. When they arrived, the ceiling rose looks cheap and not what I was hoping for.
Prior to ordering I had read the FAQ on the website in relation to returns which states that returns are accepted except for ‘made to measure’ products. No where on the webpage for the Rose one ceiling rose does it state that it is a made to measure product - so I expected to be able to easily exchange the concrete effect ceiling rose for alternative product on their website.
Creative cables did not respond to my initial email requesting an exchange after a week. Following a second email from me enquiring about the exchange, I received a short blunt email stating that I could not exchange the product because it was made to measure. I made other enquiries about simply purchasing a simply new covers for the system without the rest of the fittings as I wouldn’t need those. Again blunt response from the company, with no air of trying to help but just directing me to buy more products from them
Fabric cables I received were fine and as expected but I will not be ordering from this company again.
