This is a scam website. They are not Scandinavian but Chinese and all the products come from Alibaba at one third the price.

I have a toilet night light that has stopped working after two months and was asked to send a photo of the problem, well all you can do is take a photo of it not shining which I did.
I was offered a ten pound voucher and asked to purchase another one.
These are very cheap looking plastic items not worth the asking price, hence I will not be purchasing a replacement and waiting for ever for it to arrive.

Same as others. Items arrived. Not great quality. To get a refund from a "Swedish" company, you need to return the items to Shenzen, Mainland China. AT YOUR OWN COST. 22pounds later we shall see if I get a refund at all

This company says it is Swedish but actually if you have to return goods they tell you that you have to return it to China.

The light I ordered is not as it is represented on the website and I am being offered £20 refund and keep it or return it to China at my own cost.
In my opinion the company is dishonest as it does not make it clear that it is effectively operating out of China.
The fact that it is willing to offer £20 refund quite willingly means it is making enough money from selling you this item knowing that the chances of it being returned is very slim.

I recently bought from their website a ferromagnetic light that was defective from the opening. I tried to contact their customer care but they never replied despite various attempts. Avoid

Awful customer service. Delivery from China, not from Sweden so extra costs added. My parcel was damaged and all installation guidance missing. No refund, slow replies to reclamations. Never again.

Terrible experience dealing with this company and their poor excuse for customer service is one that I would warn anyone to avoid at all costs. I made a purchase in December 2024 and unfortunately the Canada Post strike impacted the ability to send out the items using the regular mail. The customer service rep told me they would use a different delivery carrier. They gave me the wrong information for which delivery carrier was used. It turns out that the parcel was sent with ULALA and they are the worst carrier to deal with; no one answers their phone number and they never reply to emails. The parcel is lost since the last update with the carrier says that they were missing information for the delivery since December 30 2024. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company since I have received no resolution from Creative Lighting and/or their joke of a delivery carrier ULALA. No offer to refund or replace the items has been given and they imposed on me the need to contact the delivery carrier myself without any offer to assist me with this either. SCAM of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOY BUY from this company. Total scam....waited over a month for my purchases. They sent me 2 completely different (and hideous) products than those I had selected. The products they did send are made of the cheapest material - terrible quality and shipped from Beijing- not the company they claim to be. WORST experience ever!

I recently purchased $1500 worth of cordless lamps for a television show. When they were delivered they went to 3 different addresses. The shipping service they used even showed pictures confirming that the packages were at a totally different location. When I tried to reach out it took 2 weeks and it was a robot whop contacted me saying they would refund me. When I got no response again after 2 weeks, I was told that they were shipping the lights that we could no longer use and didn't want, and will still not get me in touch with n actual person. I still don't have lights or the money we spent. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Beware. I bought from them and the courier says it has been delivered yet nothing arrived at my place! No notification or anything through the email. The only way to talk to them is by email and they said to me “chase with the parcel company” and get back to us. So useless! Now I have to be the one working for them? 44€ I have spent and never got anything, not even the already not wanted lamp I ordered. totally disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Deceptive photos. Horrible quality. Bogus company. AI photos. Do not buy.

For the 5th time i have sent this company an email ( only way to communicate ) asking where my order is

The oil lamps took ages to arrive, and not worth the wait. Temu do exactly the same lamp for £13.98 as opposed to £44.95. Absolute rip off.
This is not a Scandinavian site and is in fact Chinese. If you want to return you have to pay to send it back to China which is ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

The Aetherlight™ Wireless Charger looks like a quality product online however it is made out of plastic, does not hang staight and does not charge my iphone. I wanted a full refund, in order to receive this I would need to ship it to China, which is inconvenient and costs more than the product. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

They are scammers. I had a terrible experience with them.

It's a scam. Tracking says that item is delivered. It never arrived. They sent me a tracking link of the local courier that would have delivered it, however this is a fake website. it doesn't say where or on what address my order was delivered, and their 'customer service' refers me only to this link.

Deceptive photos make product look much bigger than the actual one I received. Did not even open the parcel that I received today - it just looked crap, the packaging was totally inadequate. 2 weeks delivery time is also unacceptable. Claims to be a Swedish Company based in Stockholm but it is the typical modus operandi of a Chinese bogus company with no contact details….I should have known😫

Furthermore I dont understand why a reputable company like KLARNA partners with these companies in China.
