ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED - I will keep this as short as possible as I am sure you don't want to read an essay of my woes with this company but I want to make customers aware of this companies practices as I have been "fiddled" out of £44.35. I placed 2 orders 5th January - £45.89 and 13th January - £16.27 - Total £62.16. I had been contacted saying they were out of stock of certain items so I chose different ones but it was still not until 26th January that these orders were ready to be dispatched.
Until that point they had not taken any money from my account even though I had paid for each order at the time via PayPal. Somehow this company have managed to divide my orders up into 3 separate orders and invoices and informed me, on 26th Jan, that I owned them £65.84 which after checking and seeing that no money had been taken out of my account, I paid. On arrival, heaven knows what they have done to my orders but they have created so many duplicated lines which surely would have made anyone query this with the buyer, if you wanted 8 x one product you would not order 2 lots of 4 x the item, would you? SO basically they have fiddled me out of £44.35 for items that they had duplicated. Only when I checked my bank on 27th January did I see that they had taken out 3 amounts for my 2 orders £26.44 + £14.23 + £65.84 = Total £106.51. Oh and to top that there were items missing that I had been charged for!!!!! I have emailed them and had no reply so chased them and received an email saying they would look into it!!!!! Totally disgusting.
