I ordered a card for our Wedding…

I ordered a card for our Wedding Anniversary, that came and went and no card arrived. Foolishly I had also ordered a card for my husband’s birthday but was not in a rush as it is not until November. I have emailed them, contacted them on Instagram several times with no response. Now the first card has disappeared from the Shop app ! The cards look beautiful but that is no good if you don’t get them. I am now contacting my credit card company as any help from the Shop app is as much use as a chocolate watch so I won’t be using them again either.

Avoid this company

Ordered a card 19th October. Received the confirmation email and the money was taken then nothing. No card, no response to my emails and messages on their social media accounts. From feedback on Facebook I'm not alone in this experience. Either the company has closed and they've neglected to close their website or it's a scam now. Avoid.
