I cannot express enough to DO NOT do business with this company!!! The word fraudulent does not even fully describe the horrific experience business owners have had with this company. They do not provide all the services you pay for, lie about everything from being refunded for bad services and to being located in California. You will be very disappointed on top of being robbed for your money. PLEASE do not do business with this company. Every horrible review you see is true. The very few that are good were written by them. They take advantage of business owners. These people change their numbers or become disconnected along with not being registered in the United States. Some things to ask yourself and research: where are they located? Look up the so-called address to see it on a map. Did you actually see anyone in a virtual meeting? Have you called the actual company to confirm the person you are speaking with actually works there? Are you able to look up these individuals online just like any other company? You should be able to look up the Vice President and other people in the company. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

THIS IS THE WORST SCAMMING COMPANY EVER- DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I worked with them on my website and signed up with them for 5 years. I paid tons of money up front for them to handle all of my activities. Instead, they stole money from me and constantly harassed me for money holding my website hostage until I paid their endless fees. I ended up ceasing working with them due to the constant scamming and stress and will be seeking legal counsel. Please do not do business with these people. They claim to be in California but they are registered overseas. You will regret working with them in any capacity. I urge you all to stay away.

I spoke with Ben from this company and never received anything. Now his phone number is disconnected. This company is a scam! I’ll be reaching out to the fbi and a lawyer to see what legal action I can take

WARNING! This company is a SCAM!

This company which is not a registered, legal company or entity goes by many different names which is super sketchy. They also go by Creative Design Legend as well as many others. They have no registered agent in any state which means they technically cannot do business outside of California. If anywhere at all. Their address is fake and the multiple telephone numbers they use constantly change and cannot be traced. RED FLAG!

I was also warned by other ACTUAL design companies not to work with them. They harass and force people to write 5 star reviews before completing or even starting on your “project” or they use it as leverage against you unit you give them an outstanding review. It’s exactly what they did to me. It was an awful experience from the get go. My company was supposed to launch April 2022. I had to postpone until May of 2023 because nothing was ever completed on their end. No social media, no working websites, and no SEO. I lost over $300,000 in potential profit because of it. To make it worse I had to finally hire another legitimate website/media design company to do complete everything and it was a fraction of the cost (they completed it all in two weeks!) when I asked for them to transfer the domain name (which I own and paid for) to my current web designer they wouldn’t transfer it until I paid them another $2,000. So these five star reviews are not legit.

Needless to say I should have listened and actually done my research, that’s on me and an expensive lesson to learn. They stole and scammed me out of $20,000 to complete my website, e-commerce payment platform, social media management and a “guaranteed S.E.O, with absolutely NOTHING to show for it. This is all in a matter of 10 months! A complete waste of time.

I worked with Oliver, Mark, Fred as well as others. I had to follow up with them on the daily. All they’re good at is asking for money, and then make you wire the money to a holding company so you can’t contest it or report it to your bank. Which tells me they know exactly what they’re doing and they do it very well, scam and cheat people.

They have been reported to the FBI and Attorney General and are being investigated in multi states including Illinois, California and Wisconsin. Probably without their knowledge.

Please learn from my mistake. Do your research, ask questions and never pay for anything upfront or incomplete. I’ve learned it’s not the way this industry works.

The worst experience of my life with a completely unprofessional manager. First off logo design was mediocre at best. The manager never mentioned the fees paid to the state or federal before submitting, then started talking about a fee and I asked what was the price, low and behold it was $500 that I was completely unaware of for the state. It was only after submitting he told me I don’t have a choice and I have to pay this money and I can not get a logo anywhere else because I have to pay that money!! then I was charged $280 to cancel after spending 150 for a horrible logo. Lost a bunch of money for absolutely nothing! completely and utterly wasting my time, and the manager was getting upset and not conducting himself as a professional who cares about the client!! money is a very big deal in anything going on. It would’ve been extremely nice to be aware of a fee. They are the professionals that deal with this on a daily basis. This information should be relayed to the customer prior to submitting, but like he said, I’m the dummy that should’ve known about the fee like everyone else does, but after reading all the reviews seems like they do this all the time just to get free money because their logos are not even worth 100 bucks. I’m extremely upset right now on how this whole interaction went down .

They will show you the upfront cost listed on the website. Will mention about a 30 day money back to gain your trust. Once they send you the first logo which they will do FAST. They will ask for approval on email . DO NOT do this until you read and understand all the small print on terms and conditions. They won’t do anymore work until you send them an additional $250 or $750 for licensing for any logos or websites. It seems like if any company pays for a logo. It should be up to the company if they want a license or not . So they should hand over the work regardless. Money has been paid , you shouldn’t keep the money and the logo if a company doesn’t want a license for the logo.

I initially hired Creative Design Legend to build a website for my company which was a small Real Estate Firm. I initially was contacted repeatedly about making arrangements for payments so I finally did and was assured they had a great team of web designers. My project went stagnated and I the client had to come up with ample content to continue the project. The project went on a delay and the initial project manager became quiet. I gave them a deadline and they missed it. I was finally contacted after contacting a phone number I found online and they apologized as they stated the designer had been ill and on vacation for a month and didn't contact me. After he supposedly returned, the second designer assured me he could get my project up and running with a few days. He started strong and with me needing to provide again much information to correct what the first designer did took so much time from me. Again he assured me he could get me up and running but we missed another deadline. I demanded my money back but they stated it had been spent even after my website still wasn't live.

I was paired with a third designer and he started strong. After going back and forth, he stated was out a while due to his mother being ill. My website was finally made Live and still incorrect and final changes not made. It was not made live until after I made another payment.

I would NEVER recommend this company as I feel they are complete ripoffs and say they will do something but do not stand next to their word.

It took over 3 weeks to get my logo(and I gave them the artwork). I asked for some pre-sized files in forward and reverse and in other formats for laser engraver, 3D printer, CNC, etc. because they know how to do it, I don't. I was told by the Marketing Head Sr Project Manager ..."I would suggest you watch a tutorial video on YouTube". I guess he can't blame "his team" for this. Wished I chosen another company.

I picked one logo and they said before it can be finalized I needed to talk to their legal department. Basically, they wanted me to pay more money to protect my logo that I had already created and was just making minor adjustments to. When I told them that was not what we agreed on, they said its on the agreements. I did not request a refund for the initial start up cost, I just want people to know that they can't be trusted. They ended up sending me a file, its .jpeg file, but when I opened there is nothing in it. This company is the worst, I will never deal with them ever again. They wasted my time and money.

I have contacted creative design legend for a business card and my company logo. They have come up with few samples, but every time I talked to them, they pushed me to get a website built by them. I have told them to see the logo completed first and see how it is then I can think of the website. They have promised me I will be getting multiple formats (AI, PSD, EPS, PNG, GIF, JPEG, and PDF)

I am working with Fred Miller to create a logo, watermark and website for my photography business. Fred is exceptional at customer service and is delightfully creative. He is also a businessman any company would be lucky to have on their team.

On the customer service side of things, Fred is a very good listener. He makes sure he understands the customer’s needs and verifies the requirements along with additional suggestions. Fred is also incredibly responsive. He is proactive in contacting his customers and makes sure projects are moving forward at a healthy clip. Fred makes sure that customers know that he has their back and will make things right. He goes above and beyond any representative I have every worked with to ensure customer satisfaction.

Creatively, Fred took my scattered ideas and turned them into a logo that is exactly what I need. I’m delighted to have such a unique and expressive logo to use to capture the hearts of my customers. In addition to the logo itself, Fred came up with a number of taglines that are insanely creative, and he did it within minutes of our discussion. You can’t beat that!

As a businessman, Fred was able to persuade me purchase a website from CDC even though I had no intention of doing so. Before we ever talked, he researched my existing beginnings of a website, extracted the pertinent parts and sent me a mockup of a possible website that was so incredibly beautiful and innovative that I was astounded and frankly breathless. While my funds don’t begin to allow for me to purchase such a site, Fred made if entirely feasible.

Having hired and managed hundreds of employees in my career, I can say that I would excitedly hire Fred. I’d make sure that he was continually enjoying his work and well compensated for his contributions both through management visibility and financially. He is a true treasure.

Oliver, Fred and their team created my logo and it is AMAZING! Everyone that sees it, remembers it and all my colleagues love it! My team is so proud! Thanks guys for a job well done!

Honestly blown away… So much value for money in using this company vs other agencies. So pleased with the end product, after a number of revisions. Great customer service throughout.

I have been a customer with Creative Design Legend for over 20 years. I have good reason to be a loyal customer. There are many web designers out there but I have continued to remain loyal to this company because they go out of their way to ensure that my web site stays up to date and relevant. I wouldn't consider going with anyone else!
