Digital download errors and no response from company

I usually check out unknown online companies before I make a purchase, but considering the purchase was for digital files and was less than $10, I went ahead and made a blind purchase.

I purchased 4 digital files...two were successfully downloaded and when attempting to download the other two, I received html errors and the link didn't work. Of the two that I did successfully download, one of them was terrible quality...looked like a 6 year old made the design...not professional at all.

I used the online form to contact them...no response yet in three days. Their Facebook and Instagram pages haven't seen any activity in years.

Avoid this company.
