Feels like prison

Working here feels like being in prison. The workload will drown you, and management keeps on micromanaging employees. It feels like you're in surveillance, and they will point out every single mistake you commit no matter how small. It's really bothersome working here because of it's panopticon management style. I'm sure a lot of people have already pointed this out, so I'm clueless why they don't want to replace the inefficient and ineffective management.
